fortunately, you can share nodes now! Once you mine it, it'll still be mine-able for a few minutes by anyone who comes by in time. Flare arrows are often used to signal to nearby players a palium node 🙂

Use your boosts (foods and hooks) and fishing with friends can make it go by faster and gives a buddy boost for faster hook times! I like to make playlists for each activity, so my fishing one has lots of silly bass fishing songs and like, folky medium country vibes. It helps pass the time and not be such a drag.

You just have to chase the bubbles around, and for places with not a lot of bubble spots, you gotta keep moving, for example bahari rivers (how'd I know that's what you were talking about lol) you run a long loop from above Tammy's, down the river to the small aqueduct waterfall, then across the plain to the other river split, follow it back up, then hope there's a new spawn at the head waters of the river by the time you're done. The willow lamprey was my last fish I needed and it took weeks of dropping a bobber most nights in bahari for that bad boi.

Yeah the fortress counts as a river! It was always too out of the way for me to run to on my hyperfocus loop, if I deviated from the northern river loop my adhd would pull me kicking and screaming towards the nearest forages and nodes and critters to shoot while my boosts ticked down in the background good luck with the river fish!!!
