Usually when there’s a long log-in queue for games, it’s because the server to authenticate the account info is overwhelmed/backed up (the step before you can go to your character screen). It’s not permanent and it happens with maintenance. It’ll work eventually if you keep trying 😶

Its actually one you buy with tickets in the tour shop- so you have to tour enough homes to get that enough (100 tickets for the panda I think- I'm pretty sure you have to tour the full 1000 right now to get enough this week for the panda plate)

Bundles taking things from storage is a new feature this update, but yes, you should be able to donate starred stuff to bundles as well, like apples.

So if you scroll down to the veryyyy bottom achievement, and click to see the awards for the tour visits to other plots, I'm pretty sure you can get another batch of tickets for 250, then 1000! That's the way you can get the plate, if you're willing to go the distance
