yeah, FAQ literally says "you can't, restart" but you can't restart on Switch, Delete the game and all saves, it is forever linked to your device by Switch account
then elsewhere it says "send a ticket, we can help you unlink and lose all progress"
then online people say "oh, they can link it without losing progress"
