No actually it tends to be the opposite. Fish are all different, they're either findable in Kilima or Bahari, in rivers, ponds, the lake, cave, or ocean fish and they either bite no bait, worms, or glow worms at all those locations. And if you want a star quality fish (you can display it and need the star quality for the fish collection achievement) you need to run around to multiple locations within the area you're looking for to fish the bubble spots that looks like a lil fish scuba diving underwater. If you need a tracker to keep them all straight and see which fish are catchable with what bait and where, you can try this tracker
