You have to have a wall building block and shelf set up like you're going to make and arch. Then, separate from that you kinda make a path of floor building blocks that are attached to each other NOT attached to the ground. Then you put the thing that you want to float near the end of your path and pick up the entire thing starting with the first board you put down using the multi select function and set it on the shelf. Then You can delete the boards next to the thing you want floating and it will be attached to the shelf on the wall and you can move that around to make your floating thing move. Hopefully that's understandable 😅

Pro tips: autorun, you can switch your tool order (as well as your keybinds on pc), eventually you'll get access to guilds- use them! And also unlock that glider, and talk to npcs!

I have a theory; The first blue marlin I hunted took a pretty long time before I saw one. But after unlocking it, I suddenly was able to catch multiples of them in one inventory fill, as in at least 1 whole stack. So I'm starting to think that unlocking fish increases the spawnrate of them. Or maybe it's the fishing level that does it 🤔

one slight annoyance is if you have things in other plots that make noise, like windmills or item gifters, you often hear their noises over in a different plot. Also there's some bugs with phantom ceiling lights, and trees growing multidimensionally across all plots...

Usually just gotta enter and leave the different plots to fix it though
