Gather up a ton of oysters. At least 30 or so. Isn't hard to get that many. That may help your changes of getting it. You can do it!

crafters and trees are both 'global' items, meaning they effect your count across all plot, not just the one. I'm, not sure what else does, but having 30 campfires for grilling also eats into your item count, or multiple big lots dedicated to cooking parties.
