cake parties have been "nerfed" twice iirc, but are still profitable if you are ok devoting your time to it. recent updates have balanced skills tho so basically anything you enjoy doing can bring in money. gardening is always good passive money, while skills like hunting and fishing bring in money based on how much you do them

I tried a new strategy with the wheel today. When it landed on ingredients, I switched machines, and when that landed on it I left the black market. Went back in, kept spinning. Repeat. I managed to get 5 decor bags and 2 plushie bags out of 100 coins. Which is better than what I would get before. I feel like once it lands on ingredients, it keeps landing on it like 6 more times in a row before I get anything else. But if I switch machines or reload the black market, it resets the wheel

I just caught up from back in december, best to do temples first for daylie loot shrines. If you are into gardening, look up the new crops. Mining has new decorations, several shops new recipes and friendship/new npcs came last for me. After that it's back to grinding stuff like achievs and underground gambling

Whatever works for you. If you want more info on crops, the pinned messages have some guides. I use both. 3 apple trees and the rest potatoes. Other players grow everything. I pickle the apples for focus food and turn the potatoes into seeds to sell
