You can do this in a collaborative way, like diskette said make them an editor in your menu then go about throwing everything on the lawn and letting someone place the items for you! I've helped people do this before and others around here have done that too

Yes when they visit, the editor permissions are added in the housing plot menu (H on PC I think and press the left joystick in for switch) you find their name and use the drop down menu to change the visitor perms to editor perms!
