There’s been times where slow mode has been really long and if someone pops in asking a question that might lead to a long convo I try and direct them to the appropriate channels where slow mode isn’t as heavy.

The only problem with beta on switch is usually, it's just a bunch of 3rd party devs that want a game to quick release, get some money, and then the game fail and switch market crash, so Nintendo wants that to not happen, so that's rough, but I think s6 could handle it

Anytime! The normal cicada and Cerulean Cicacadas are only on heartwoods. Helps a ton so you aren’t running into every tree unless you’re wanting them all then in that case, you are lol

It spawns randomly but you can force it by continually deforesting an area until it does. You can also wait for a grove to spawn at midnight in game time in Bahari. You will see a giant pink cloud in the sky above the grove, you can also ask in gen chat if someone will direct you once a grove spawns.

What most often works for me is tea or even just water as warm/hot as you can without hurting yourself. With honey if that's OK by you. And when I start, I get up and walk around/distract so I don't go into a fit/loop. well... the rest of the game mechanics were somehow working well, but traveling either kicked people out or wasnt working, so some were trapped in maps and others were just unable to connect. I totally understand where you're coming from on this! There are some of the S6 community team online right now but they're probably not paying super-close attention (there's a lot of discussion in many channels and it's easy to miss stuff) -- the majority of bug reports are supposed to go through the Palia support website. I do know that they were very communicative when the entire game was having issues last night, but it could genuinely be that someone's frantically coding right now and nothing new has changed yet. I would love to hear an update too, though.

there's really no tips to give unfortunately. it can be caught in kilima rivers with no bait at any time of the day. I like to fish behind the inn personally but there's lots of other spots in the rivers that count too. it's just a case of bad luck while looking for something specific
