Players have their own plots that are instanced. You can visit the plots of your friends and such though, and join them there. I believe they can give you permission to help decorate and such. And you can work together an cook or something.

the good thing about staring your garden... stared crops give stared produce without needing the buff again. meaning you safe on fertilizer ... or cotton. which means you can then also skip out on low producers and use a different type of fertilizer and get all buffs on almost all plants. (corners excluded sadly)

so buff your stuff to star level, make the seed which is guaranteed to be star seed from a star fruit... stars in perpetuity. course theres still a chance to give non-star stuff as a side if you go with the harvest buff but, you get far more seed per crop than you'll ever need anyways. So focus on getting yourself a nice seed base first, then just rake in the profits.

the good news is, youll easily get so many seeds you wont need to repeat converting your entire farm again. the bad nes is conversion from normal to star across all crops needs a ton of time.

Yeah, the weekly missions are usually just stuff you're going to do anyway. Some of them are a little more interesting like "Do X together # times". Which could be cooking, cutting trees, mining, bug catching.

Done all that, the first ticket the Devs closed because they patched the server, didn't bother to verify the issue was fixed. So back to the start of that queue. I consider just selling a lot of the worms, i usually just use all my hunting meat to fill the farms. If I sell the worms they would make 57g per hour profit compared to selling the meat. (25g for the worm + 45g for 3 fertilizer - 13g that the meat would sell for)

but ofc if you have the time and motivation to go fishing, its even better. i think worst uncommon fish start at 75g and if you grill them, you just increase the value even further due to random quality outcomes

I have been testing your claim by going between three known clusters of palium, and clearing them of stone (the few times its there) for the past 30ish mins. it has netted me 1 large palium vein. Yes, you may have it down, know all the locations and time the respawns just right to get 100s of ore in a few hours. sucks to be anyone sharing a server with you, they get none. Id also say the average person playing this game isnt going to spend 3 hours just mining. So the people farming get theirs, but a huge portion of the population is left out.

@past osprey that's essentially the problem we are facing yes.
If you have someone who knows how to rotate them, everybody else is leaving empty.

I was infront of the startpoint of my rotation about 1 minute before it respawns. The same probably happened when you started trying. The same happened to me for the first 40 minutes of my run, till i finally alligned most of the nodes i wanted to.
When each of the nodes respawned, i was there. I removed it (rock or palium doesn't matter) and nobody else essentially could get anything for those 90 minutes. You can do it with 4-6 buddies, but then 18-20 people on the server would leave empty whenever they come by.

That's what the Devs need to combat, because as passer-by/someone who doesn't want to farm it for extended periods of time, this system is a royal punch in the face

Im no palium king. Ive earned enough to upgrade all my tools, and have about 20 bars for furniture that I really like. I feel for people trying to upgrtade and just cant. i guess having upgraded tools makes me a palium king compared to many others... but I got a lot of it in early closed beta

@past osprey i think there is generally 2 things here:

1.: The out of bounds bug. The Trees/Bugs etc. spawn on places inaccessible to players. So on "older server/map instances" sooner or later all trees will spawn in a place that isn't accessible, can't be chopped and hence will not respawn somewhere else.

yeah the few times Ive used a compass Ive seen nodes in cliffs I cant get to, guess trees would be the same they need to make it to where existing nodes have a chance of upgrading. Mining and chopping worthless nodes where durability is a thing isnt a good mechanic

Personally i'd like to see that for Palium nodes as one possible solution.

Get rid of the dedicated spawn points and make it possible for any Node on the Map to transform to a Pallium Node at random once another Pallium Node has been broken + respawn time

Yeah, every spawn should have the possibility to turn into a glowing one. Also, maybe some max cap of how much people can have in their inventory/storage of it? Maybe the mayor is yet to issue a decree that to ensure nature preservation you can only collect so many resources from nature

🏹 Hassian - Mr. Broody. He’s responsible for a lot of my indecisiveness in this game. Sure, he’s the age-old trope of a stony, serious, loner with a tender heart of gold BUT he does tend to look down on some of his peers for the most superficial or traditionalist of reasons - is this REALLY a prime candidate for an inter-species courtship attempt? Of course, perhaps I can go fully-unhealthy-partner-cliché and double-down on the whole idea that “I cAn ChAnGe HiM, I kNoW I cAn!” One irrefutable Plus for this one though: Tau. He’s a caring older brother, has a steady job, cute face, awesome hair, playful, HELLO - FREE FOOD?! So what if he didn’t stick to a Path - I think I speak for most of us humans when I say that the whole concept of a Path is a lil’ bit o’ Orwellian spice injected into this cozy little lakeside community. Who here knew what they wanted to be when they were young? Not me! the sad reality is that if you join a server late to the punch, with someone doing the same - you'll either have to catch up or get lucky, same goes for if others are not mining other nodes/lesser nodes in both those spawn areas to make room for palium spawns and elsewhere on the map

Silk thread is what is used to make silk.
You get silk thread from bugs.

If you do a lot of mining in Bahari Bay, you'll occasionally see a bug appear after you break open a mining node.

ALWAYS grab those bugs.

They sell for 120g each, and almost always also give silk thread. Like 1-6 silk thread each.

Well, you're suppose to be able to, yes, but it's currently buggy where sometimes you cannot remove things from the lockbox.

When this happens, you can usually drag and drop items from the lockbox to the regular storage, and then remove them from the regular storage.
