Look for manufacturers. Companies that have machines. Cutters, rollers, lasers dicers etc. They always need programmers added to build up their libraries. Hi-Tech, low level could be harder to find given your geographical location. So keep an eye out for the smaller businesses that work with building hardware/ machines.

The same applies for software on the higher levels. Small companies will use off-the-shelf products but still can use a lower cost start up programmer to fill in the gaps with customized applications. Those companies can be anything, so there are plenty to check out.

I think once we reach superintelligence, jobs will become meaningless anyway. Some people might still choose to work because they find purpose in it, while others will opt out, since with basic necessities covered, they'll have more freedom to pursue what they're passionate about.

I don't think so. I'm also not talking about a situation where you just sit around and get a cheque at the start of the month for doing nothing, because I think that would be disastrous. What I care about is building a new kind of infrastructure (..probably with the help of AI) where no one has to fight for three meals a day or a roof over their head, no matter where they are in the world. Where no one has to die without proper treatment if they're ill (think about super expensive medication). Where safety (wars or conflicts) isn't something you have to constantly worry about. Once these basics are secured globally, we can actually create an environment where people are free to thrive based on their abilities. If you're a respected scientist with decades of experience, once we have superintelligence, if you choose to share that knowledge and wisdom, you'll be rewarded accordingly.

You should know both the for loop and the while loop because each has its own specific use cases. I have many friends who became doctors (I hung out with med students when I was studying. Its a good career also, but 6 years studying, then 5 years interning, only to become a General practitioner, but add another 3 years to become a specialist or surgeon.. Its a long first 12+ years of your life working as a slave to study. And then its ongoing learning and huge insurance fees to cover your ass in case you get sued (depends on country ofc)
