What is the minimum elevation that a dso target should have? Orion is between 20-30 deg today, is it too low and should i bother?

Thanks! It's still done using only dslr + 70-300 mm lens (at 150mm) on the gimped TAL-setup because the onstep upgrade for my new EQ5 is still stuck in limbo

Well, it's a bit complicated. I first want to get my actual first proper setup going and i am still waiting on my onstep upgrade for the eq5 that i got. once i get that delivered and get it all running i'll have to check what type of camera might best fit my setup without bottlenecking something
