One is a modern au where they’re in college or something ( this one actually isn’t just mavuinen, it’s a general Genshin au where a lot of the characters are college age. But Mavuika is a bike racer and head of the debate team and her major is in business I think or something for leadership..I forgot what major we agreed on for Mavuika. I see her being a lawyer or something)

Xilonen is an engineering major who works all inventions and stuff for her STEM department but works part time at a DJ at clubs and carnival events. Not circus carnival

I do think you’re right that perhaps when Chasca gets back, Apichu learns to love herself before she does find her, realizes that she is a hero and appreciated by others. What blocked her from realizing that in Natlan was that there were already people who didn’t like her, she got beat up for helping. People were picking on a whole teenager for beating up their kid (though she broke their bones made them bleed real bad and even damn near paralyzed a guy and made him go blind) tho to be fair, they were being real assholes.

In inazuma she gets praise for her help, appreciation and she continues to help others through action.

Fighting is normal in Natlan so, that’s the only plot hole.

Logically why would she be punished for fighting? I guess it’s cuz she almost killed them? And had to be on probation

It’s that she was extremely rough.

Whereas in inazuma she learns to ease up on the roughness

So it’s gonna be tough then

I think the hang up is that fighting is normal
But like I said, she damn near almost killed every bully she fought to maintain peace, but the parents weren’t so happy and proceeded to hate on her for it. The parents of the kids she helped were grateful but couldn’t speak up lest the unrest grows deeper between the tribes. If she had just roughed them up a bit that would’ve been fine

But she was feral until Chasca found her and damn near killed the people beat up

Tbf..didn’t chasca when she was little get into brutal scraps? I’d imagine that would make the decision harder

Chasca would have to choose between keeping the peace and defending her kid which is a tough choice for a parent and a peacemaker

All she did was tell her she was doing some peacemaking herself that’s all she said and that was a little too late

Apichu is just incredibly stubborn. Chasca taught her breathing techniques, thinking positively , just general things that’ll manage her anger, which she tries to practice but with the tournament egging her on and the bullies pushing her over the edge that stuff does little.

Chasca tries. She just wishes she did more.

Then Natlan will be without a peacemaker

Like people don’t like her because of how rough she is, some are even afraid of her because of it, some don’t want her to fight at all until she learns to reel it back, but there are those who do admire her strength at such a young age

Apichu just wants to use her fist or her passion for help for something useful like that. Essentially she wants a purpose. She’s 16, she’s at that stage in her life

Apichu is learning to be more lax because Chasca teaching her more and more how to due so during their bonding time

When Apichu was little her and Chasca would eat like this in their home, I talk about how close Apichu is to Chasca but it’s the same for Chasca as well. She kinda reminds her of herself, and when she was little it reminds her of how she used to be and it kinda validated her experience in some way. Her maternal instincts kicked in fast and she loves her ALOT

With natlan it felt like they just took names of figures that sounded cool and slapped them on characters lol
