The only way I could see this being “fixed” is moving the Support category up tbh

most people dont scroll down the Discord and miss the support category

and most people arent here for regular minecraft / external modpack questions

good, add a bot to that general purpose support channel that constantly sends a text saying go to #get-support if you have questions that are related to luna pixel studios

that bot would basically send a text and check if that text is the latest one in the channel or not

and check for that once every 30 seconds or smth, then send the text again after deleting the old one if the last text isnt the latest

making a new channel isn't going to fix the problem of new people going to the channel at the top of the first category they see and asking for help

and the new channel replaces its old place
