idk if there is a limit or not but if you use the /forceload command that might work probably; if not that then check the other config named openpartiesandclaims-default-player-config.toml; towards the beginning of the file it has two lines labeled "bonusChunk--" and that might increase it

They're probably wanting to split 2 enchants from a single book, you sometimes find multiple incompatible enchants on books found in chests and some are rare and hard to get

Splitting was an Apotheosis enchant for anvils that will separate enchants if said anvil is dropped on an enchanted book

hi, do you also get huge problems with chunk generation taking ages ? on singleplayer it was ok, there were part of world that took around a minute to load few chunks, but on multi (we had server on bisect, recommended setup for 8 players and played with 3) we couldn't really travel at some point casue it was taking minutes just to laod 2-3 chunks

I don't know if that's a question for the mod developers or for pack developers, but the sugar recipes here a broken as hell
Diamond reeds get crafted into golden reeds, which get crafted into iron reeds, which get crafted into..? Wrong! Unlike any other crop, iron reeds get crafted into iron sugar, not normal reeds. But diamond and gold reeds get downgraded by crafting, so that makes diamond/gold quality sugar(and following pumpkin pie) unavailable.

All resources that are chance-based are run simultaneously with different values. Just because you see something having a 60% chance for something and a 40% for the other doesn't mean you get one or the other, you have a 60% for a and 40% for b, and a smaller chance to get both.

If this command was run in response to your question/issue, it is likely because switching away from the launcher you are currently using would fix your problem.
From our experience, the most stable launcher by far is ATLauncher, also known as ATL.

To install ATLauncher, do the following:
1. Go to https://atlauncher.com/download
2. Install and run the setup, then open the program.
3. Login to your Microsoft account that owns the Java Edition of Minecraft from the Accounts tab on the right. This process is 100% safe, as it goes directly through Microsoft. ATLauncher does not see your account credentials.
4. Go to the Packs tab on the right, then click "Curseforge" on the left.
5. Search the modpack you wish to download.
6. Click "New Instance". Click "Ok" on the opted out mods warning, then click "Open All" on the manual download screen.
7. Let the mods download, ATLauncher will grab them from your Downloads folder and automatically add them to the modpack.
8. Go to the Instances tab, and click "Play" on the modpack you downloaded. If you ever see an "Update" button on the instance, click it.

To transfer your Curseforge world to ATLauncher, simply right click the modpack on Curseforge, or click the 3 dots, then click "Open Folder". Copy the Saves folder, then click "Open Folder" on ATLauncher and paste the Saves folder there.
Because ATLauncher downloads the exact same files as Curseforge does, your world will be the exact same and you will be able to join the same servers. metal scrap is found in those ancient ruins. You basically need to find one first. If youre having trouble, you can set the minimap level lower so you can see it there. Iron is smaller than copper, and it tries to use my own inventory as part of the chest inventory. It results in me not being able to transfer between the two, and it even caused three crashes because it had items that didn't belong in it's module slot. When I come out of the iron chest, it even "duplicates" all of the items in my inventory, however the "duplicate" items are just placeholders that disappear if you try to grab them. I had to destroy the iron and just keep the chests as copper

Hello! I hope i'm in the right place to ask. I'm wondering why cannot put a zombie inside a boat playing this modpack ? I tried to build the usual early game iron farm to get going and the zombie did not get into the boat. I confirmed it in creative and it does walk right onto it instead of getting inside. Browsing the modlist i did find a mod concerning entity collision and one about boat fixing. I tried to remove both of them from the mod folder but this behavior persists.

It's actually not so much about a general Linux thing 🙂 If I were to use the server version for Windows, it would also stop the server as soon as I shut down my PC or close the PowerShell window. So, there would have to be a workaround for Windows as well, but it's probably even more complicated than with Linux. However, I also use Linux for my PC, especially for privacy and performance reasons.

Yes. That’s by design, you have to run your computer or server module in order for the server to run.

It needs hardware to run, if you wanna do it where you can turn off your computer, you have to go through rental sites like bisect as then it’s bisect or whoever running it, not your computer

Sure! Hardware is always needed 🙂 But what I actually mean is that even on my Linux server, which is located in a data center, when I start the forge server with the Start.sh, I can't get out because it opens the console, but I can't exit the console without stopping the server. It just can't keep running the Forge server in the background with the existing .sh script. Usually, people use "Screen" for that (https://wiki.ubuntuusers.de/Screen/). However, I'm less inclined to rewrite the start.sh to use screen because it's just too complicated. I suspect that it simply wasn't considered that there are also people who don't run the server version on a home PC, but on a real server.

Uh it’s always considered. We know people run it elsewhere besides home computers, but the way you were explaining and asking seemed you wanted to do it on your computer but be able to turn said computer off and it still running. You’d have to go through those steps to putting it on something external. We cannot make that process easier as it’s dependent on who you go through and how they’ve got their stuff running

Luna Pixel's World Sharing

Our modpacks don't support any mods that add singleplayer hosting / world sharing because we already provide free world sharing. The "Essential" mod is therefore incompatible.

To share your world using our own world hosting, click the "Open to Lan" or "Share World" button in the game menu when in a singleplayer world, and share the world.

It will give you an address, like magma-cube.mc.lunapixel.gg, which your friends can use to connect directly to your world as if it were a server!

We still highly suggest not to play through LAN as LAN is untested and unreliable. Using it will cause longterm damage to your world.

There is no reason to use LAN, as we support both paid and free methods of hosting a server the normal way.

If this command was run in response to your question/issue, it is likely because switching away from the launcher you are currently using would fix your problem.
From our experience, the most stable launcher by far is ATLauncher, also known as ATL.

To install ATLauncher, do the following:
1. Go to https://atlauncher.com/download
2. Install and run the setup, then open the program.
3. Login to your Microsoft account that owns the Java Edition of Minecraft from the Accounts tab on the right. This process is 100% safe, as it goes directly through Microsoft. ATLauncher does not see your account credentials.
4. Go to the Packs tab on the right, then click "Curseforge" on the left.
5. Search the modpack you wish to download.
6. Click "New Instance". Click "Ok" on the opted out mods warning, then click "Open All" on the manual download screen.
7. Let the mods download, ATLauncher will grab them from your Downloads folder and automatically add them to the modpack.
8. Go to the Instances tab, and click "Play" on the modpack you downloaded. If you ever see an "Update" button on the instance, click it.

To transfer your Curseforge world to ATLauncher, simply right click the modpack on Curseforge, or click the 3 dots, then click "Open Folder". Copy the Saves folder, then click "Open Folder" on ATLauncher and paste the Saves folder there.
Because ATLauncher downloads the exact same files as Curseforge does, your world will be the exact same and you will be able to join the same servers. ATLauncher also works without an internet connection (after you've installed the modpack, of course), and does not have any bloat from Overwolf. You are free to uninstall both Overwolf and Curseforge with ATLauncher installed.
