Yea, like you use the one that convert rotational power to electricity you can just put a connector on the flat side and connect it to a relay and other stuff

i keep haivng a bug with them but im not sure if it's their fault or just create bugging out

Growing requires soul sand, and lava.

They grow like Sugar Cane, except they start at 2 blocks tall, and each block they grow, above the main block and below the "head," it'll have a chance of creating a sprout. It will drop sticks though.

Yo, so im hosting a steampunk server for some friends and have forwarded, and binded the port to the server as per usual, the server boots normally and appears in the terminal as though it is running fine. However, when I go to connect it does appear nor connect. Not sure what im doing wrong as its appearing to be completely normal server side and have never run into this issue with any other servers. I am also hosting another one off the same pc on another port, so I know it isnt a computer issue. Is there a certain config file that would prevent me from opening the port to be used? I am a bit of a loss.

I've been trying to adapt the start.sh script into a Pterodactyl EGG but without a lot of luck.
Starting the Forge jar manually (startup command) start the servers but crashes every 10 minutes. Running the same server (all content included) on a windows machine works fine.

Curious if anyone has a working egg or startup command setup for Pterodactyl.

So i got some questions. I have read the FaQ and the questbook but i am still super lost on how this pack is buildt up it seems to play different than any other pack that i have played with before. i usually play mining and automation based packs like all the mods. The latest pack i played was all the mods 8 i think. From the experience of what i have come across so far is that this pack plays more similarly to what the mod twilight forest do. I might be mistaken on that. I am more used to the good old kitchen sink style of pack. This is just so unfamiliar to me. Like 95% of the mods in this pack i have never seen before. So i am kinda lost on what strategy to go with. I havent been able to find a progression guide anywhere but i see that create is intertangled with the progression of vanilla and modded content. My normal playstyle has been the vanilla plus way where you just gear up your character and get good gear then go mining a bunch. What are some must have items in this pack? What is the progression of flight? And what mods or mod is considered the most powerful in terms of player power?

I haven't progressed too much since all I am doing is building big ass factory buildings and putting farms inside.
Ad Astra should have flying armor though, not sure if there is any other way for flight (except for elytras).

I'm also noticing that Fortune and Looting are italicised instead of a normal font. Maybe that also has something to do with it.

Gold tools have a passive "Fortune" effect on them. The italicized "enchantment" is not part of the enchants, rather, it's part of the tool itself, because someone modded it that way.
It's like some of your tools that passively have fire aspect without being enchanted.

It's possible that it won't move because you're trying to power two of the blocks at the same time.
The result is that there's a cog conflict in the system, as two rotational forces are trying to push the same cog in different directions.
See the picture attached.

Because one is going clockwise and the other counterclockwise, the whole system cannot move else it would have broken down.
Place your cog onto ONE block, or into two blocks that produce the same direction in the rest.

I've used a create mod drill minecart that is 5x5 and been digging below layer 14 and I've only found very few scraps with the ammount of digging I've been doing. does anyone else have this issue? is there a better way to get ancient debrees or netherite?

Basically mass produce biodiesel and package into barrels, you need a giant diesel generator multi block. Power the excavator mulitblock and you build it near a vein with ancient debris which is found with core sample machine

Excavator in veins basically uses massive amounts of power to generate stuff from that "loot table" you can get thousands and byproducts like gravel cobble etc

Instead of basic chests for the output you can use backpacks with stack upgrades and void upgrade to void the byproducts if you don't need them

the mod legendary tooltips adds a 3d armor preview option that hides or interferes with the insulation bar from cold sweat

also the config file for cold sweat is all kinds of messed up. the fur is not defined as a cold insulation material and there are all kinds of armor that you can add for heat insulation and it lets you ad multiple stacks of armor

is kind of complicated. but with the mod you craft a multiblock structure. and you use materials and some resources from the mod to craft a lot of the most important books including mending. and it lets you craft an eternal stella which makes your tools and gear indestructible. so better than mending and unbreaking 3

They should prioritize, for example with a sheep, Imprinted Soul Gem (so if it already has a sheep, it gets Sheep Souls) > Unfilled Soul Gem (so if the other gems don't accept Sheep this one gets imprinted) > Crude.

Remember, Crude Soul Gems can't contain a type, just a soul in general.
