Naturally. This should be interesting. All this is new. I've played this mod on single player for a week or so without all of this XP nonsense and had a blast. Finally managed to get it to work on a server to show the family (we're all MC nerds) and now XP Ahoy. I'm sure they'll all be thrilled /s

i don't know if y found the answer, i don't know where to change the thirst bar, but u can change location of toughness bar(or disable it), by opening mod list in mc, finding extended armor bars, pressing configure button(top right of screen, when selected the mod). 10 Y offset worked for me

So I have one question regarding multiplayer side, I know on other mods you could use hamachi but not entirely sure about this one. when it says to restart client after adding mods to it it just has me redo the process when I open to lan is it encouraging people to buy a server instead of a small private one?

it really depends.

when you open lan, it presumably allocates the ram from your pc

however if you buy a server, the most recommend is 5gb

rn im in a server, small one with avg of 3-4 players and 4gb allocated ram

its going solid, but has a slight rollback/lags at some occasions but not to shabby

and you can start a lan with mods without hamachi i think

i remember i used to play lan modpacks, by just making sure you and your friends have the same mods installed

it will even tell you what could be missing if your friend cant join the server aswell

Just feels a bit confusing, I was able to run them on previous mods without any problems and lan would just open up and they'd connect via hamachi but here it just prompts me to reload minecraft after drag and dropping them to load them I could presume and once I do that nothing happens

So, apparently.. you can exploit the system by getting a lot of xp and then just killing yourself, going back to your grave and getting part of the xp you dropped to get even more levels

Best way to farm xp for now on what i used to do is finding a big graveyard there's a house that contains wither skeleton spawner, cheese it by keeping the door open and they can't get out

if you go into your curse froge client you go to "selected mod pack" select medieval fabric and next to "overview" you see "Installed Mods"
you can see the list of mods containing the pack, id rrecommend to check em on youtube once in a while.
alot of medieval minecraft footgage on youtube is mostly forge, but we are fabric lads!

Starting goals:

-the new leveling thing(press K) is hard and new for me: best is to craft flint tools /swords and such and farm xp.
level mining till stone. and continue to build up using stone tools, dont forget trading/farming

• Sleeping bag ( helps if everyone is exploring, to skip nights but not reset spawn point)

-backpack get yourself backpacks! the lowest tier one only requires leather.

-mine heart crystals! you find em in normal world caves, you can use these to craft extra hearts!
PRO TIP: the mod is desinged to give you maximum of 4 extra hearts! if you play with origins and you select wither (only 4 hearts, you can build up to 14 hearts!!!)

-croptopia 🙂 make a nice farm

but your first high/end goals should be if applicable to your version:

-Dark Enchanting table! ( you can actualy choose your enchants! )

First thing you can check if it’s a memory problem

That is the most common problem if it’s not that than it’s probably a faulty config maybe or something else

I made an easy creative farm and after some more testing: the only sword that gave me wither skeleton skulls was the nether gobber sword. Normal gobber sword, didn't give me any skulls.
Neither did a diamond-, netherite-, holy-, or dragon sword. Not sure what's up with that, but I guess I'll get on making a nether gobber sword 🤷🏼

hey I'm running a server with this modback on bysect, and I keep getting an error all of a sudden when logging into it, where my game will completely crash

PlayerEx is better than Levelz, IMO. Gives you a level system that isn't separate from enchanting, so you have to decide how to spend your XP, and doesn't limit the world in weird ways. Works with pretty much everything too. Not totemic overhaul, but I can't remember if that's in this or Better MC.

Not being able to mine stone till I beat up a bunch of cows and pigs was just silly.

Also, how is this a medieval Minecraft mod, but doesn't have any medieval themed weaponry?

Just the ui and font.

Honestly, it's not that much different than BetterMC except it has the rpg systems and magic. Granted, fabric is still pretty limited on content variety, but still.

PlayerEx inst available for 1.17 and it doesnt have medieval weaponry cause there are no mods like that expect there is the mod that is called medieval weapons but it is broken so i cant add it and since resourcepacks just change the vanilla tools ones, i dont add resource packs that change it because then everything will look out of place. Not much I can do if fabric doesnt have medieval mods. @obsidian ermine
