Hmm, I find the best way for me is to get rid of anything in the area that could be a workstation, and then I use the carry-on mod to simply pick the lectern up and place back down quickly and then check for enchant, repeat until desired one shows up.

It's just annoying when people don't even try to do something they will need to learn in order to get better at stuff. Like, everyone always asks best gear questions and how to be better at something but then some people, and not everyone, but some people do complain when told to put forth some effort. Which I hate to be the bearer of bad news but effort is how anyone gets good at something. Sometimes that effort can include the simple reading of a guide, and it doesn't have to be all at once. Step by step, have it open while playing if you need to. That's what I do with mmos and such.

Oh, I do beet seeds for emeralds. Can get fortune III and then get a bunch of beet seeds that way. The reason for those seeds and not any other is because farmer villagers offer emeralds for only about 15 beets which is really cheap so I just have a handful of farmers to sell off the beets and get most of my emeralds from the beet seed trades of horticulturalists.

But if you just wanna throw the beets away or throw whatever crop away that you are gonna use then that's fine as well. Then you can use any common seed.

Is it better to fight conjuctivitus with balanced blades, blood swords, or monkey king pillar? also is there a certain armor or enchant that makes the spikes in minecells do no damage? ( i am not taking any currently and want to know why)

Afaik the spikes only do status damage of bleeding and weakness, so if you have something which prevents getting those debuffs, you probably won't take any damage.

Monkey King pillar is probably the best among these options. I doubt you'll get much damage off on bleed and you'll take a bit of random damage here and there plus he doesn't sit around long so balanced blade probably won't have much of a chance to ramp up. If you're not using a spell book, that's the really big benefit of pillar.

Definitely should be - Spells are a lot of damage per hit and the pillar has a pretty high hit rate.

Spell blades. You'll need some stuff to get it set up - some runes, a spell binding table (it requires bookshelves like an enchanting table), etc. There is a chapter about it in the quest book, should help ya along. And there's always the build guide in the pins for some other stuff

I'm not sure it's intended, but I very much did experience the same. Going from overworld portal -> promenade -> crypt and back to overworld ended up getting like 130 levels.

As a tip, make use of the XP obelisk. 28 levels to combine some gear is an AWFUL DEAL if you go from 130->102, but a great deal if you bank your xp and go 28->0. It's 25kxp go 130->102 but all of 700 to go 28->0

well, you can put unbreaking III, mending, and life-mending III on it
you can also hardening catalyst it
and you can do charm infusion
both unbreakable methods require getting to The End, for charm infusion you need 100 xp levels (it doesn't take it all though) and the right table setup for zenith which can be found in pins in the reddit thread. Or you can make a hardening catalyst which isn't very hard to do once you have access to The End.

With sword of freyr, it uses the enchants of the weapon you are holding, whichever ones it can. The best enchant that I've found that it can use is Void Strike, as it cannot use Enigma Resonator. So you would be holding a weapon with Void Strike when using it. At least for the big damage enchant.

afaik, no

you can check the zenith config to see enchants, but idk if they have description. I did put the best enchants in pins though, there's no hidden gems as far as damage goes. There's some crowd control ones like stagger and such although that's Marium's Soulslike Weaponry which that mod has a wiki.

is there some guide/site that provides some information about luck stat? I did did get from searching this channe that it increases loot from mobs and chests and like reforging chances but is there more to it? also how does it scale, I made some set 4x midas + 2 legendary swords for +4 luck, 87 luckiness for 8.7 luck, luck potion for +1 luck and 24% increased luck from relic, should give me 21.9 luck and I would want to know if it is worth it or would i be getting the same results with like half of that

If i remember correctly 50 points luck stat is the most you want and anything over that has diminishing returns. For crit chance and normal mob drops tho id you keep increasing i think you still get higher relic chances. Someone correct me if im wrong

The 50 points is for luckiness cuz of diminishing returns of crit scalling I think? I'm talking about the luck that each luckiness point gives 0.1 of, or am I misunderstanding

Hi guys - i kinda need help: So i got items from for example mc dungeons weapons - and they got like 30 attack damage - yet if i craft hem they do something like 9 dmg. Is there just no point in crafting gear in this modpack, or can i somehow make geart that scales like the one i dropped from dungeon?

Weapons you want dropped cuz they have way higher damage but armor you want crafted to affix relics iirc

Technically crafted weapons can be reforged and dropped can't but I don't think the bonus stats from reforging outdps the bonus damage from looted weapons

I did see the build guide but i'm currently farming for 230 crit melee relics with decent sides so I decided to make the most optimal relic farming build, and relics are luck based, thus my question if it is Worth the effort to go above and beyond for this 2-3 luck difference

For this just do tank build with knight origin. Don't really need to worry about bow damage as it's quite good right now. Stat allocation is pretty much the same between ranged and melee builds

armor alone (including toughness) can only reduce 80% of an attack’s damage

it’s not quite that simple

the armor formula is a bit weird and the effectiveness of your armor is based on the damage the attack deals

like if you have 10 armor but it’s a 50 damage attack, you’ll still just take 50 damage

but if it’s a 5 damage attack it’ll deal much less than 5

regardless it’s not really worth investing into armor points
