Yeah it’ll help. Quanta is randomness, so right now enchsnting at lvl 100 will give you rolls equivalent to level 1-200. Rectification removes the negative effect so you’ll get 100-200 instead

Got a bug when playing the fabric version of the modpack on a server, loaded in and all players inventory and classes were reset, all Redstone machines seem to not be functioning (they are locked in an active state, such as buttons being fully depressed and never coming back up). I checked the server playerdat files and they seem to have all the correct player levels in there and yet everyone is at level 0 with their classes reset... I tried loading a backup and the same issue persists.

I can respect your advice, but trust me when I say that the reason this particular question is asked is that they are looking for a very easy way to level, like noob easy, not easy for me or you, but like very direct noob easy way to level mount. I like to remember it as R for recipes and U for uses
If you still can't find anything from there, you may need to craft the book that comes with the mod

Because it is still a mod that is pretty much "finished" in terms of features. Sure, not completely bug-free, but nothing really problematic at all really. Added to that there is not really an alternative that does as good a job

Dragon anvil is GOAT for super enchanting as well. Max lvl 30 regardless of number of enchants, and no "too expensive"

is it compatible with the item? if you've made the enchanting library you could stick the item in there and it will tell you which enchants in your library can be used on it

or you might have to quit out and back in, sometimes anvil stuff can get weird
