on a full diamond armour zombie, an athame took 3 hits to kill without the potion. with potion, it took 2

Swamps tank my fps after a few hours (haven't read the performance guide and not asking for help on it) so might be a memory leak or something with the modpack. Any time my frames tank hard relaunching Minecraft stabilizes them again so if nothing in the faq works that might help you a bit. Still, try the faq first as they know better than me. This is just a plan b if you will.
