I was just testing around in a single player and saw that I can still combine a glass sword with a hardening catalyst. I checked the things.json5 and I don't see anything that looks like a blacklist. To be sure, using ATLauncher, I deleted my installed instance of the modpack and reinstalled it, and there was no change (still able to apply). Was that blacklist something that was put on a server, or am I looking in the wrong file, or just doing something wrong in general with updating the modpack.

Fabric 1.19.2 Medieval Origin Troll Crash Solution for any future Ctrl+f people:

Disclaimer: You will need to manually edit files within the mod. I wouldn't bother unless you really want to play as Troll, but its not very hard to do if you are willing to do it. Credits to arazadaz on Github for the solution: https://github.com/Deadbones2000/Medieval-Origins/issues/23
This worked for me, but if it didn't for you it might be a different issue I can't help with.

To unpack the .jar just right click the file and extract with WinRAR (make sure to do this within a folder, and make sure to keep a back up of the original mod). When you're finished doing the edits, open the .jar with WinRAR and hit "Add". Click on the folder which you modified, and it will replace the unmodified files with the ones you changed.

Difference is, facing an Ice & Fire dragon early on, only choice is death. You have to escape at least 500 blocks away from its area just to ensure a chance of survival. Its literally like a homing missile when it spots you.

i just tried this and the test build does not seem to fix the issue my group has been having, in our case it was the warden helmet being equipped causing the client wearing it to crash upon opening their survival inventory.

Hi there, I'm recently having problems with the mod pack, every time I try to connect to my server I got the error "internal exception java.net.socketexception connection reset"
I was able to connect to the server several times and I was playing with a friend and he was able to connect without no issue. According to my server the connection seems to be good.
Do you guys have any idea of what could be causing the error? I already reinstall the modpack, restart my pc and reset the server

FM1 make hopper, and put a hopper on either side of the controller

also unless it was updated you should put only even amounts of metals in there, or else youll end up with a single metal stuck in there trying to alloy with whatever comes next and it will clog up

heya guys :3 I'm having a weird issue :o since I switched from the normal curseforge launcher to the FTB app launcher (which supports curseforge modpacks as well) it shows the vanilla textures instead of the modded ones :o but all the resource packs are showing up in the menu and seem to be loaded x.x

Forge and fabric actually have different mods in them and so it's difficult if you don't have knowledge of the mods in one version versus the other
