2.make a 3x3 base on the ground
3.place blocks in each Cardinal direction on top of the base and make it 2 blocks high.
4.finally remove on of the blocks you placed at the start of step 3 and put the controller in its place.

i have heard good things about bisect here and have had a good experience with apex personally

so either of those are probably a safe bet

apex uses 5800x's mostly. i'm trying to figure out what bisect uses but it is at least definitely newer than your current host

they probably use a range of them. your current host probably does too tbh and you might just be unlucky with a particularly old node

but according to the specs they do list, all bisect's servers are at least definitely a few years newer than the one you're on now

if your host gives you the "if you want specific hardware order a dedicated server" nonsense just go with bisect or apex
