I think you should probably be getting more than 8-15 fps with those specs but the modpack is extremely CPU intensive. You’d probably get much better performance if you played on a server hosted on a separate machine.
If it’s slowing down with a lot of items you can kill arrows/ground items via command, that makes a big difference for me.
You could also try adding ImmediatelyFast, check the threads

Not attack damage. And the fact that you are concerned with low hp tells me you know nothing about minecraft so it won't matter what class you pick. You need to learn the game and the modpack. You can't just pick a class and be instantly good.

The easiest and generally most effective method. However, milk quenches thirst pretty well.
Quests mention a bamboo pump as well, but there's a cooldown on it so I don't think it is that effective of a method. However, if your body is not overheating, then thirst is also not an issue.

not really, so ideally you want to get bag of souls III enchant on your armor, there are large structures you can find out in the world and essentially use them as farms, and then of course the best xp farm but a bit late-game is conjuration mod in which you craft enchiridion to get started and need hella netherite to make the items
