Yeah so it is like I said. So now the only way to fix this is a Dragon Anvil. It'll be 30 levels with Dragon Anvil. But there's an efficient way to repair and combine enchants so that you don't hit over 39 levels which is the max for a regular anvil. Again, it gets complicated. For vanilla, it's pretty easy. For modded, it's difficult because so many enchants are added into a modpack typically.

They have different functions I believe. But I'm honestly not sure what they all do. All I know is that the Dragon Anvil is the best one. I have no use for the other anvils. You can typically find info on most anything in the game when you search up the mod that the item comes from. The game will tell you the mod when you search the item in the REI.

Yes, it will take your health when you don't have mana. Guessing you tried solar strike. Although, you may have killed yourself by casting solar strike too close as I have not known it to take that much health when you don't have mana.

In java, you can have classes that extends other classes. Classes are used to make objects that actually do things. So a BeeEntity class and a SheepEntity class both can extend an Animal class. So if I have an object that is an Animal, it might be a BeeEntity or SheepEntity but I don't know unless I add some code to check what it is. If I try to treat the Animal object as a SheepEntity but it is actually a BeeEntity, I get a ClassCastException which is a crash.

In this case, the level (world) can be either a ClientWorld or ServerWorld. But this mod was trying to take the world they had and treat it as a ServerWorld without checking if it was actually a ServerWorld. Turns out in this very specific edge case, it was a ClientWorld and thus, crashed when the mod tries to treat it like a ServerWorld

Technically no cap. However, the game becomes a cakewalk if you just do nothing but grind playerex and I find it boring. To tailor my experience to my liking, I tend to put no more than 100 levels into playerex. Because of the current optimal gear right now, my current stat spread is 35 str, 15 dex, and 50 luck.

As long as it is in one of your hands, you will have lightning strike mobs with arrows you shoot and other projectiles for a little bit. It has a cooldown and the buff is temporary. It has durability so it will be in your best interest to put unbreaking III and mending on it or a hardening catalyst. I find it best held in the off-hand.

And it is a vanilla minecraft mechanic, it's just that luck was never intended to get that high by normal means. But in modded, it can, so an explanation of how it works has to be made typically. Most people level luck for crit chance so I tell them the cap and how it works. I explained it in my beginner tips in class tier list in pins. I also will point out that no more than 50 luck is needed for loot as well because if you get too high then loot starts becoming weird

So if it is balance you are looking for, you would either have to change quite a lot (if possible), or accept that the modpack has these things.

I've been customizing it to make it harder. Yigd graves delete after 10 minutes, capped playerex level at 80, and I have it so levels reset on death to encourage not just going glass cannon with lifesteal and to allow tankiness. I was considering messing with RpgDifficulty to make that harder too.

Also mobs don't drop tomes anymore because I found that was broken with mob spawners, they only rarely appear in chests

If you mean the "swoosh" sound then that is the sound of special loot falling. It flips and then falls. I hear no chicken clucking because a clucking sound is way different.

Just watched your video and there are no chicken sounds being played, those are the "swish" sounds of items dropping. The subtitles may be bugged though, since I never added a proper sound description for those custom sounds.

I have some sad news. After making a Carmot Nuke Core (blows up stone, not ores, in a massive area) and detonating it, I inspected the massive new cavern for Gleaming Ore and found none.... In a creative mode test, I found out that Gleaming Ore and Deepslate Gleaming Ore is destroyed by the Carmot Nuke. RIP.

The dev has a Discord linked on their Curseforge page. I went there looking for info on gleaming ore the other day. It seems it might only be in vanilla biomes (and from my informal WorldEdit scan, very rare at that). He says it's a BYG issue and gives a fix I don't entirely understand how to apply.

So Fabric API’s system never sees the modded biomes that Terrablender injected due to the order of operation.

Now, some chucks are reserved fpr the mate. in Journeymap the chunks are red. They seem to be locked for me now. i can not build or open doors or chests in these chunks. is there any way to unlock these chunks again ?
