I'm going to bed - you can try deleting files in the save randomly and seeing if something works somehow. I'll just assume your world was corrupted - probably due to Curseforge because someone else had this exact issue who was also using Curseforge. My future advice would be to use GDLauncher instead and maybe play #medieval-mc-forge for stability purposes. Pinned messages in #better-mc-forge explains the differences between 1.16 and 1.18.

You'll have much more content in 1.16 or 1.18 Forge

1.18 Forge has everything from 1.19 Vanilla because of the backport mod

1.16 forge has everything from 1.18 except the extended height limits and I think has the Deep Dark dimension which adds Wardens but that could exclusively be #better-mc-forge. not sure

the only other time I've ever seen this happen, transferring files from an old world into the folder of a new world worked. 2 people having this same issue at once is extremely unlikely and it probably is just Jeff Bezos himself hacking into your PC via Overwolf because you don't have Amazon Prime or something.

hey, i'm playing on a server with a friend, we started with the 1.19 version but when switching to 1.19.2, even tough there wasn't the dwarf origin anymore, i still have the small size, how can i reset it? uh, small problem(lol) since i was originally half a block, when switching to inchling i think it just divided my size by 4 instead of setting it to the correct size (since it likely didn't expect that the player would already be small) so now i'm like half a slab (the normal inchling size is a full slab i'm pretty sure)

and when i use the orb to become human, i reset to the dward size i had earlier

is there a specific mod that controls the size, or can i change it in the world files or something?

Are you talking about the combat bar? Different weapons have different attack speeds. Most everything will lower your attack speed starting out so need to level dexterity a little bit to gain more attack speed.

You could try leveling str, you'll deal a lot more damage putting levels into str, might try a little dex and luck as well as dex will help that attack speed

So it looks like it could probably work with some weapons but not all of them, I would guess that is why the first person animations are missing. Could be a good idea to test weapons that are suppose to work in first person to further dissect the issue.

Better Combat disables its own first person animation rendering when FirstpersonModel is installed.

The only known case of first person attack animation not appearing is having FirstpersonModel installed, but disabled.

Mostly accurate, I would look up the mod to get a better picture of where the eyes are/color. After getting at least 12 then you can throw one of them and they will take you to the normal stronghold. You'll want multiples of at least one because they can break just like the eyes of ender.

I know what you are referring to lol, the only way I know of changing settings on REI is when you double-click the search bar, it highlights yellow for inventory highlighting and that changes how stuff gets searched. But I think there are other settings to check, I just don't know what they are because I've never used them so I would check keybinds to see if you accidentally switched the REI to a different search setting.

Pretty sure you don't hatch that one. It is the same as the vanilla ender dragon egg except can be used to craft the ender dragon backpack but I think it can be used for bosses, not sure how the bosses thing works though as I've only seen a couple of people say that but haven't figured out anything on it.

The better end bosses might not currently be in Fabric right now actually.

Right Click makes explosion. Mines out a lot. Best way to get it is to get a diamond pick with silk touch to first mine the whole bangulum ore vein(s). Next, get a regular diamond pick (no efficiency and no fortune as increases chance to explode) and place down and mine one at a time. You'll want to do this in a safe area as they can explode, but when they don't you can get the regular bangulum ore and then rarely a bangulum chunk. You can see in the JEI how to craft the pick but you need 3 or the ore and one of the chunk.

No, soul alloy pickaxe is best pickaxe in game. It's crazy expensive to make though and personally not worth the effort for me as I only care about armor, weapon, and enchants for the most part.

Suffocation won't even be a problem once str is leveled enough due to it improving your health regen. That and good armor with higher prot enchant on each piece. Phantom is more of a struggle a lot early-game and be very good mid to late-game origin.

I searched on google, this problem is caused by a conflict between the origins mod and lithium fabric (updates the collision physics of the game) mod. Phantom would be fun to play early, without this bug, cause with phantom you burn with or without a helmet if you are not invisible, but if you are, you just die half of the time with the inside block death.

1. no change was made with medieval fabric, i tend to install modpacks and ensure i do not touch it in case i cause an error,
2. im using curseforge
3. medieval minecraft 1.19.2
4. I have both java 8 and java 17 installed for when i want to play modpacks that require a certain java version
5. the modpack will stop responding when the first few mods start loading (i estimate 10%)
6. only when i installed java 17, but now it has started to occur again even though i have installed it
7. the crash report is -805306369, according the website that i was link to when the exit code was given, it suggested to remove resource packs or check for malware, but neither was the cause and my antivirus software has no detected any.
8. Yes, i run 8gb by default for most modpacks i play on. which is the recommended RAM usage

There's not that much magic in this modpack and the modpack is not divided into things like mage, warrior, and archer. You can do all of it.

Oh, so looks like there's RPG Origins mod in this modpack. However, it does still progress the same. You just have different abilities and pros and cons. I don't play the latest version of this modpack so I wasn't aware but was looking through the mods folder of it just in case.

Now, it is not as OP as I originally thought it could be because, and thank the gods for this, the hardening catalyst is not in the latest version. However, with unbreaking and mending on the Gilded Glory set, the Cleric is nigh invulnerable late game due to how Gilded Glory works.

S: Brute (offense + natural armor, my personal fave), Cleric (best survivability due to Gilded Glory set), Piglin (only due to ranged, 75% crossbow damage is ridiculous)
A: Knight (faster xp gain for levels), Truffle (good buffs) Inchling (attk speed and thorns immunity) Enderian (mobility and reach, but water damage), Shulk (inventory and survivability)
B: Floran (more damage when wet, honey bottle problem) Phantom (tough beginning, strong mid and end-game, ideal for rust-style PvP), Elytrian (best mobility, only chainmail or equivalent) Blazeborn (Nether start, str effect when burning, immunity to fire and lava, water damage), Feline (no fall damage, no creepers, needs str effect to mine ideally)
C: Archer (poverty piglin), Thief (faster but all else meh), Avian (faster, slow falling, the rest is meh), Arachnid (climb stuff and cobweb but all meh)
D: Mage (immunities unneeded by any class endgame, will probably have frost walker II already unless rushing heart of the sea, arcanus wand can spam leap spell, less attk dmg and less life with no redeeming qualities)

Nope. That's an eldritch mob. Any mob can spawn with eldritch qualities randomly. Resistant means it has an effect similar to the resistance potion effect so it takes less damage. Deflector means that it either has a chance to deflect projectiles or it deflects all of them (I haven't tested which one it is)

Don't worry, nothing broken. This stuff can spawn on any mob and possibly bosses. There's lots more effects that mobs can get as well. I've seen up to 4 effects at once I think iirc.

You'll just have to search curseforge for high quality texture packs. And also, better end and better nether are not texture packs. Those add entirely new biomes and tools and such to the game. They are full on mods.

Its hard, extracting the mod, looking for all graphics and create them complete new to create a texture pack for that mod. My fault, that i didnt describe my "wish" better.

Anyone know how to fix rain not being shown when it's raining? I play on v5 still and I'm a origin that gets hurt by rain so it's kind of a shocker when I get nearly killed when I can't even see it start to rain. I use the resource packs that come with the pack.

I look at the sky and if it is gray or starts to darken a bit then I know it is about to rain. But warping home via waystone can ensure you survive. And carrying waystones with you so that you can mark the last place you stopped at is always a good idea.

I also have an arm extender for my range which makes it to where my attack range is normal again. It's only like +2 range but still good. Also, I tell people all the time that it's enchants you need to worry about. Protection IV minimum on all armor. You can get up to Prot VIII as well if you find the right dungeon.

Just started playing medieval mc and I noticed on the welcome book it says that there are no quests yet because the mod wasnt updated, do I miss alot in not having quests and if so do I just go to older versions of the pack?

No quests in fabric as far as I know. If you want quests you can do forge. Imo you don't need quests because anything you want to do can be figured out through researching online and comparing gear in the JEI. Quests are typically only a guideline for progression, but I usually end up figuring out the stuff I want to progress in on my own regardless.

The Better Combat mod might have a conflict with Farmer's Delight - the knife can't be used to cut "grassy plants". It'll swing (attack) but won't break the block, unless I'm missing something

Do cow farm if you have some cows nearby. If not, you can raid villages, dungeons, and other random small structures along the way to get a lot of meat.

If you mean 1xp orb then no. If you wish to gain extra xp, and you are in 1.19.2, then play knight class. I think the enchants that gain extra xp conflict with something else so those don't work.
