you just need to craft a spawner and place that to the mob farm and then get soul stealing on your sword to slay creepers to get their soul

Open the game directory (right click pack -> open folder), navigate to the "crash-reports" folder and upload the latest available crash report.

1. sounds good, will just be more diligent, 2/3. the villagers who have the extra farmer that they are supposed to throw food at within line of sight won't do so(wonderd if caused by smart villager changes to AI), the hoglins will not drop pork chops into the chest beneath(which i wondered was caused by the changes to food drops in farmers delight), 4. it seemed the pillagers raids spawn areas were changed(this I need to investigate more due to pillager farms already being complicated though)

I just updated my 1.21.1 BMC3 server from v13 to v14. Using ATLauncher and running the server through a host called Pebblehost. I was checking out the new backpack mod that was added and this happens. This doesn't happen with the inmis backpacks, just the ones from the backpacked mod. I haven't changed anything other than adding a modified version of the accessories mod to track some issues we were having previously, as recommended by blodhgarm (I have tested with the normal version of accessories and this issue still occurs, we are currently still on the normal version). Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

BMC4 for Forge is on 1.20, BMC2 for fabric is 1.20. BMC3 for Fabric is 1.21. BMC# just has to do with what patch it’s on. As the modpacks move on to new patches the BMC# goes up. Fabric just got started later since the mod pack initially came out for forge so there’s more forge packs than fabric

The only thing is if you do BMC2 Fabric, I’m not a fan of the lacking in overworld biomes. You can either add terralith which adds biomes without adding any new blocks to the game or you can do “Oh the Biomes We’ve Gone” which adds a lot of unique biomes. If you go with Biomes We’ve Gone I would recommend deleting “Promenade” before playing because they sort of conflict and you get a weird blank biome all over the place

Or just play the mod pack as is if you don’t mind the biomes

To clarify more, we’re on the latest update for the mod pack, for the Backpack’d some achievements work like shearing sheep and the turtle shell. But the one like the trash can and the honey jar achievements don’t work. Could it be that we have to use the basic version of the item. For example, I have a cherry wood beehive and composter. Could it be that they aren’t working for that reason?

Instead of providing the .jar to launch the server, it provides a .sh (for Linux), which installs something called JAABA? I'd like to know why this is necessary.

Please follow the guide here for changing the Java version your server uses. This will improve performance dramatically. If you are on a third party server host, you likely can not change the Java version your server uses. Bisect Hosting and a few VPS providers do allow changing Java version, though, which can usually be done through your server dashboard.

The method on Bisect is to simply go to the main dashboard page, and select "GraalVM 22" as the Java distribution. If it crashes, use 21 instead.

It doesn't give me the screen that says "Incompatible mods" ANd lists the ones that conflict with eachother out

1.20.01 V25.zip. Curseforge launcher. Yes, I've added around 50 mods, but only when I added these recent few did I have any trouble. V25.zip. I have before I added the mods, teh game worked fine, but now it just crashes, and only crashes, haven't made it through. The steps that cause the crash are pressing play through the modded minecraft/microsoft launcher.

I've now removed the newly addedmods, and my game still crashes

If this command was run in response to your question/issue, it is likely because switching away from the launcher you are currently using would fix your problem.
From our experience, the most stable launcher by far is ATLauncher, also known as ATL.

To install ATLauncher, do the following:
1. Go to https://atlauncher.com/download
2. Install and run the setup, then open the program.
3. Login to your Microsoft account that owns the Java Edition of Minecraft from the Accounts tab on the right. This process is 100% safe, as it goes directly through Microsoft. ATLauncher does not see your account credentials.
4. Go to the Packs tab on the right, then click "Curseforge" on the left.
5. Search the modpack you wish to download.
6. Click "New Instance". Click "Ok" on the opted out mods warning, then click "Open All" on the manual download screen.
7. Let the mods download, ATLauncher will grab them from your Downloads folder and automatically add them to the modpack.
8. Go to the Instances tab, and click "Play" on the modpack you downloaded. If you ever see an "Update" button on the instance, click it.

To transfer your Curseforge world to ATLauncher, simply right click the modpack on Curseforge, or click the 3 dots, then click "Open Folder". Copy the Saves folder, then click "Open Folder" on ATLauncher and paste the Saves folder there. Do the same with the XaerosMinimap folder, or the Journeymap folder, to transfer over any waypoints you've created.
Because ATLauncher downloads the exact same files as Curseforge does, your world will be the exact same and you will be able to join the same servers. ATLauncher also works without an internet connection (after you've installed the modpack, of course), and does not have any bloat from Overwolf. You are free to uninstall both Overwolf and Curseforge with ATLauncher installed.

Apologies if this isn't the right way to do it, TLDR: mousing over items in brewing stand = crash to desktop

   5.&6. Opening brewing stand and mousing over the contents (specifically the potion in the middle box) crashes to desktop
