I updated all the mods in my modpack and now the game refuses to load because of errors in the datapacks.

Itt says errors in the currently selected datapacks have prevented the world from loading, you can either load the vanilla datapack or go back to the mainmenu and fix it manually

It doesn't give me an error log

Hey all, installed the latest version on curseforge of the server files and had 4 players online. Frequently the world will go black and then pop into existence again from below (like when you first load) for all players on the server. Looks great so far, really the style of modded minecraft my son enjoys.

@vestal verge Please update the colds wandering trader in the next pack update. I was playing on a server and traded for a Traders mirror which kicked me from the server and stops me loading in by kicking me whenever I join. It is supposedly fixed in the most recent update of the mod.

Same thing happens with the traders staff and end mirror it seems.

All from watchdog shutting sever down. Due to something taking to long to load or fuction.

I'd recommend disabling or increase watchdog timer . In ur server properties set max tick time to 600000 and see if the server can complete the task

Will give a different error as well

May be more useful then ur threads locking up

I moved from Terraforged to Quark Realistic Large Biomes and not having any issues now. I bumped the dynview from a minimum of 4 to 10 also.

For some reason it liked to sit at a minimum instead of increasing.

Go into singleplayer.

Using large biomes.

And find a seed you like.

Then type /seed

and copy that into the seed part in the server config.

Last thing you want is to load into a large desert..

I found out if you remove a couple points from the health it fixes. Then you can just readd them after death. At least a temp fix for now.

I'm experiencing a weird issue. Certain chunks that I come in render distance of cause my game world to completely freeze while i'm still able to move around. Then the game will crash without saving the world and i'll be rolled back.

But if I say go a different route from the area that was causing the crash, nothing happens. Does anyone know a fix for this? It's preventing me from exploring an area.

What's worse is I don't even get a crash report.

I had the same question. Search y5-9. It seems to be more common for some people than others. I spent 2 hours finding my first, then found my other 2 in the next 15 mins.

As I said in another channel, be sure to take a crafting table, a furnace, 3 obsidian, and 2 chains with you into the deeper dark.
You might find yourself... stuck.... if you don't.... -_-;

That's because you can't just delete Incendium datapack once nether is loaded. There's another datapack U have to add first to revert the changes. It's in Incendium discord

This discord will tell you to delete the data pack and if you did after you loaded the nether, nothing will be fixed and more issues will occur.

The end was an example. No need to delete it. Unless ur resetting it. But careful if you killed dragon already. U will have to edit ur level.dat to reset dragon or he won't spawn and no portal out and no end gateways.

I was testing it out and 2 mins into the world the whole console freezes and the server shuts down (I was the only one on the server and I was going to pregen but didn't make it in time because the server crashed). Converts the player name to UUID string. Which is used in Minecraft for playerdata

So your playerdata shows your in another dimension. Which means you are. So your location was rolled back to that spot on crash.

yup it was my friend who crashed I was in overworld everything else was fine and when I went in to focus same spot to find out why I did not crash

same thing happened to me

use nbt editor and change the location of your friend

for me it didn't change anything but it stopped crashing when i joined

i was at the same coords even though i changed them it was weird but it worked

In the nether it may be Incendium datapack causing it.

My crash is overworld related.

I'd advise to remove Incendium but don't just delete the datapack. That won't fix the error, since nether is loaded. Also a delete of the nether dim possibly won't resolve it either. There is a fix on Incendium discord u have to apply then remove Incendium then u can remove the fix after a restart.

I havea problem, for some reason everytime I enter this region, everything quits loading. Mobs quit moving, chunks stop loading, I cant die, ect ect.
I had to get my stuff that was near this region after I did, I just went around it and hope that it would stop. Not far after I got past it, the same thing happens in another place.
I cant save and quit, it will crash my game, and I dont get a bug report either.

I had the same issue on a hardcore world I was doing, but I couldn’t find a way to fix it. I didn’t feel like making a private server as I’d have to set up my other pc, and I didn’t make too much progress regardless. I just made a new world and somehow it went away. Could’ve been a bug with the old one.

Although I have a bad feeling if I reload the mod pack it will come back.

I went into the config/greekfantasy-common.toml and edited this line to show false;

It disables the blessing entirely and not sure if this will stunt any progression in that mod but I couldn't find anything in the config to disable Makhai.

removing incendium from an already generated nether will not fix the issue. to remove incendium after a generated nether you need to add another data pack before removing it or you will have issues on missing biomes and chunks and have crashes due to generation.

help to do that correctly is in the incendium discord. they have the fix in their pinned post .
