Hi, i'm playing in 1.20 and i'm not getting the night vision effect from the wood elf origin while i'm in the coniferous forest:( is this a bug? was planning to do a base in the trees because i love this biome, but i'm sad for not having the buff for being in the forest:(

Dev team, I've been editing MMC 4 1.20.1 [Forge] and here are some findings after adding like 150 additional mods, in case it helps future work on the pack:

-Updating Sinytra Connector past beta.30 breaks food/hunger GUI (if you read the changelog for beta.31, it makes sense)
-Recent releases of Cataclysm have added auto-install of Archaelogy API, which is intended for MC 1.19.2 and makes the game crash during launch. The most recent Cataclysm version does run, as long as you remove Archaeology API. It looks like the mod author has been battling some bugs/dev issues, so this is probably best not to touch for now.
-Updating every single mod in the list, apart from what I mentioned above, has been successful except for Controllable, No Chat Reports, and Server Browser. These mods were causing a lot of issues during launch.

An update to windows introduced a new security feature that prevents powershell files from running on your PC. This is great for your security, but not so great for our server start scripts, which require powershell to run them. Fortunately there is a quick fix for this!

Run powershell as administrator, then run Set-ExecutionPolicy RemoteSigned. Read the prompt and press accept. This will allow us to run scripts.

Next, navigate to your server directory using cd path/to/directory (for example: cd C:\Users\Username\Documents\Minecraft\Server)

You can now run the server by double-clicking the start.ps1 file, or typing .\start.ps1 into the command line while in the directory.

IF THE ABOVE DOES NOT WORK, TRY THIS
Run the command Unblock-File -Path .\start.ps1 in the same powershell window. This will allow the start script to not be blocked by windows, and run freely.

It is confusing, maybe there will be a compat added in a newer update to bridge the gap here so that it don’t matter

Once you said the leveling thing it made so much sense, you can get those types of gems from mining

Honestly it’s best to get the reforging table and then to get a good 5x5 mining pickaxe and just farm up those gems

To access the Network from anywhere with a Crafting Remote, click the map icon at the top left of your inventory then click the next map icon in the same area. Here, you can click to claim a chunk (disabling creeper explosion damage) and then shift click to "Force Load" it. You can tell it's loaded when there's red lines going across the chunk. Try to keep this all in one chunk (viewed by pressing F3 + G) and do it somewhere with a good bit of vertical space. Place the Request Table above the Network Root. Generally, the simplest way to gets lots of storage is to make a tower of double chests from bedrock and then a tower of Link Cables which attach to the Network Root. When you run out of space, you will need to make more Link Cables, as one cable can only attach to one double chest. If you're playing a modpack with the Sophisticated Backpacks mod, you can use maxed backpacks instead of chests to conserve space. To access the Network from anywhere with a Crafting Remote, click the map icon at the top left of your inventory then click the next map icon in the same area. Here, you can click to claim a chunk (disabling creeper explosion damage) and then shift click to "Force Load" it. You can tell it's loaded when there's red lines going across the chunk. You can also put the Crafting Remote in a Curio slot (accessed by clicking the ring icon in your inventory) and then bind "Open Remote Curio" to a key of your choice for easier access.

7. I am currently using 8gb ram (lowered from 12 due to it requesting less ram on the launcher) I am using the curseforge launcher, but also have java 1.18.2 as the main instance of java on my device. All drivers have been updated and checked and are updated and checked regularly.
