Quick question....would you disable the adventure module in its entirety and would this remove socket gems?

im checking the error files again and it seems that there was an error loading the towns and tower mod and drippy loading screens

I attempted to disable only the affix system along with the gems/sockets (since sockets are only provided as an affix trait).
However my attempts didn’t work, so I just disabled the whole adventure module. That means no apotheosis boss spawners, but their only purpose was to drop affix items anyway.

Yes, mind you if you already have items with affixes and sockets and gems, I do believe they don’t get deleted nor their stats removed. If you generate a new world or chunks, then they will be unobtainable and removed from the loot calculations.

The adventure module is only responsible for affixes and their constituent methods of obtaining them.

Hello guys, when I am playing medieval Minecraft and use crafting table to make gears, attributes with different gains or debuffs will be randomly generated. How can I change these attributes?

there is a reforging table from Apotheosis (assuming you are playing Forge version). You grind down socketable gems into dust, then use that dust to reroll stats on items.

What is the difference between MMC 1 and MMC 3 ?
I've seen some videos and the one I just checked had MMC 1 as modpack listed, while looking for it I also stumbled upon MMC 3 (which had a more recent update in the file tab listed on curseforge

Though I also found MMC 1 and the descriptions are very similar yet not the same. In one video I saw someone put levels in like stats (like strength) etc. yet in MMC 3 I personally can't find a way to get that
So I guess, what are like the key differences in these two versions?

So first of all... slightly different MC version? MMC 3 is 1.19 so all of the official new stuff. And respective mods on the latest update.

MMC1 and MMC3 are build with the same goal in mind so both feel more or less the same. For exact differences you need to compare the modlist and figure out what EVERY mod changed since a few MC versions ago^^

And yes PlayerEX ( i think that was thename of the lvl up mod) is not in MMC3 but we have Jobs+ a diffent lvl up system and you get op without extra strength stats early enough^^

Hey there stalwart knights and dainty maidens. I just started playing this pack a couple days ago. I wanted an extra challenge so I started off as a merfolk and have been having a great time.

I have run into a snag though:
I wanted to start an underwater colony so more of my fishy bretheren could join me. The people that arrived though can't swim, don't sink, can't breathe underwater, and generally refuse to build my structures (even when I force them underwater to do so). Any ideas/tips?

Apotheosis & Hexerei & Ars Nouvou in forge - paladins and wizards in fabirc

Mythical Metals in fabirc - none , i wish they add something similar

Get yourself a capturing enchantment... "find" lots of gnumus. And build a Gnumus spawner.
Create a Quantum Catcher, get a nametag. And convince the trader to stay at your base^^

found this cool thing where you can kill literally almost anything in 7 seconds if you give it laceration effect (with my case i used netherite flame bladed sword), but only if you also give it Soul Burning with soul mage's ability, literally drains Ignis for example in 5 seconds

doesnt work on things that r immune to soul burning tho

(step by step literally just hit it once with the laceration effect giving weapon and then give soul burning to it with soul mage)

also only seems to work with a higher level soul fireball (like lv 100 or smth), it can also work with lv 50+ but youd need to use multiple fireballs as soul burning effect isnt as strong or doesnt last as long

i thought removing textures fixed it but it still feels choppy for some reason , even though i have 90-130 fps

its just this modpack , bettermc runs perfectly , atm8 , e6e all run fine with shaders
