From the dev of Survive mod (the one that adds the stomach ache)

The feature expands your maximum food level to 40 with some caveats. If your food level goes beyond 20 you get the stomach ache effect which slows you down when you get it

I changed something in how stomach aches are caused in 7.1.1. Normally, if your hunger is at 20 or more points and you eat, you get a stomach ache, that hasn't changed. What has though is if your hunger was less than 20 and you ate something, the mod will take the food value of the item, divide that in half and check to see if it's more than your current hunger points minus 20. If that returns true, then you get the stomach ache debuff. For example, if my hunger were 16 (8 notches) or less and I ate a steak (8 points) which filled me up past the max, I wouldn't get the debuff unless I ate again. Although if I had 17 hunger and I ate that steak, I would then get the debuff.

I don't know about forge or how works mods in minecraft but i was seeing your log and it shows a lot of missing errors when minecraft is loading, and after you choose your race, it crashed, i would say your save or your instance is corrupt because it's seems no normal to me. At first, I gave up on the idea because I couldn't find a fortress, but apparently, if you dig at around 11-13, where netherite is, you can find these nether mine shafts that happen to contain blaze spawners

However, my biggest problem was how often mutant blazes were spawning

To reload textures and sounds, press F3 + T. If this doesn't bring up a loading screen, do the following:
1. Press escape and go to the Resourcepacks tab.
2. Move a Resourcepack on the left of the screen to the right.
3. Move that SAME Resourcepack back to the left.
4. Exit the menu.
If step 4 does not bring up a loading screen, do step 2, then step 4, then step 3, and then step 4 again.

I confirm the create mod works with medieval MC 1.18.2 but not with the latest version, you need to use create v0.5.0c and flywheel 0.6.4 or it will have weird compatibility issues with the mod JER integration about zinc_ore

It is highly advised to not use Optifine, as it is very glitchy, will increase loading times to upwards of 10 minutes, and will decrease your FPS substantially. All Luna Pixel Studios modpacks come with shader support without Optifine via Oculus on Forge and Iris on Fabric.

First locate your config folder. Should be where your game is installed. It can be different from person to person though. If you're using curseforge, right click on the profile and it'll have an option that says "Open Folder"

If you don't, the location will look something like this: (whereever you installed it) \ Minecraft \ Install \ Instances \ (whatever instance you're playing) \ config

Umm... So, renaming armor downgrades the rarity of it to uncommon, which in turn allows you to once again put affixes on the armor that are uncommon. Weird bug but I kinda like it.

In apotheosis you're supposed to be able to make them drop themselves with silk touch

Same with the capture enchantment from apotheosis as it doesn't exist when it should and it has a .4% chance of dropping a spawn egg from each kill

Playing 1.16.5 version, downloaded a couple days ago so I believe I'm on the most recent version.
