I think your progress should be saved

When you get to the select world screen click edit and then click back up. That way it’ll always make a backup to your instance folder you can also go into ftb back up config and have it do a auto backup every hour or so

Yup. Cast enough spells and you get the mid-tier wand (forget what it is called) and spells cost less mana. Then final upgrade is master wand and the spells cost the least mana. It's useful early game. Later on you can get into ars nouveau and blood magic for the most powerful of magic systems.

Solar strike is meh later on due to rpg scaling difficulty. Heal is good now but falls off. Lunge is good utility for flight. Press "O" to read your class again.

Frost scythe imo because you can put void strike on it. Incompatible with chains. But it doesn't matter much, just use what you enjoy.

Stormyx is equivalent to diamond. Found in the nether, looks cooler. Reading stats in JEI can help you determine stuff. Searching armor and sword to compare all of them, etc.

Hi beanie - been looking into this myself also. From what I can see - theres a couple methods to take enchants from items;

Tome of scrapping + item in the Anvil = will remove some of the enchants.

Altar of the sea = add 4 unwanted enchanted items and recieve 1 book in return (dunno if this works correctly - when I tried it just infinitely drained my levels and never gave me the book)

Ah, and this is why I don't go for that eye. The problem is that cleric has several master trades that are possible to get however, you can only get one of them and it is random. So if you didn't get the evil eye trade and the cleric is master, you have to try again on another cleric because master villagers won't get more trades after reaching master.

There is a config in the mcdw folder that lets you choose the material for the weapons. That is used to calculate the durability as well as the repair item. You can look up the item in that config and it will tell you the item you need to use to repair it. For example, the Sabrewing, by default, uses Diamonds for repairs. (Direct from mod author)

The vanilla luck minecraft stack can give higher probability for rarer tier loot. But it doesn't really become significant until luck 4 and greater.

The attribute luck, the luck you level with the playerex mod, is different. That luck increases evasion and crit chance starting at 2% per point. It starts giving diminishing returns though meaning that at some point it will stop giving anything. On fabric (version I play on) you only put 50 points into luck as you get no more out of it after that. That equates to 63.4% evasion and crit chance.

I noticed when I was farming the blimp with the armored skeletons that when I had fire focus 3 on one piece of gear, it would take two ticks of fire to finish a skele off. When I had fire focus 3 on two pieces of gear, it would only take one tick of fire damage to finish the skele off.

This was with fire aspect, so I imagine that it works best with fire aspect and the practicality of using it with other fire sources will vary

Probably because poison doesn't work on all mobs so people just dismiss it. I know the mod author did say in a stream I was watching that poison focus definitely does not stack.

Poison Focus goes up to 3 with just that mod. Not sure on poisoning. I know poison cloud also goes up to 3 for the basic mod.

Yeah but if you read the whole page it tells you that it’s for mod creators to build upon and how to make your own content. From there I would of looked at the way getting started explains what folders to look at. Or asked in discord.

Activate the Ritual, wear the armor, jump on top of the Master Ritual Stone, and you should hear thunder. That means it worked. Further attempts don't do anything
