Confirmed that while the traveler's backpack tanks can hold survives purified water, the hose cannot be used with it at all. Cannot siphon, place or drink it, in addition to regular water not quenching thirst when drunk thru hose.

So you'll need to keep a bucket handy if you use it for storage

Hey all, I'm here regarding the medieval MC 1.16.5 modpack's difficulty. I0ve a small server hosted with more 2 friends, and we are being killed over and over again for simple mobs, I'il not even mention Dragon's encounters. I already change the "server.proprieties" to easy, but without any affect that we could feel.

For exemple, I'am a Paladin, with full platinum set, and a Ghoul kill me with 2 hits. a freind's class is a minotaur and he claims getting wrecked by a harpy..

Should I start a new server with the option in easy right away? could be anything wrong?

I want to answer your question on how to make the game a little easier

But the only thing I can think of is to just find better armor

One way to find them is finding the Apotheosis towers

They usually contain enchantment books as well as tools and armor that range from whatever to wow I can't believe I found this

Adventuring is HIGHLY encouraged when playing

And there are multiple options of upgrading your current Wyrmboost Platinum armor

It's great for early game

But I promise you

As you make your way through the game and obtain better armor

The difficulty decreases

Also, be sure to invest in your stat points in the beginning of the game

Those will help you TREMENDOUSLY

You don't have to use it. It's just the nature of how minecraft works is that your chests are going to fill up crazy quick so a storage system in any modpack is typically appreciated by most people

There are some fantasy versions but they are in other mods that also add other stuff. Electroblob's Wizardry for example adds a ton of magic spells and such, but there's a master spell that is a Pocket Dimension for inventory. It will always depend on the mod authors what to add and what not to add.

Anyone know why the Fisherman's hut won't catch fish? He only seems to net Prismarine Crystals and Shards....which is helpful, but he never actually gets fish....none. It's odd, same version of mine colonies outside this mod pack and het gets fish. Is this intentional setting?

It's the Fortress version level 4 hut if it matters. but none of teh previous tiers caught fish either, just the crystals and shards and nothing else

That’s how you do it the slider you only need 8gb or 10gb at most

You also need to make sure you have enough running for windows you can’t just put the whole 32 on there

So if you wanna change your race you can either craft the orb of origins or cheat it in. But crafting it isn’t hard you can search it up in the jei to see what you need to craft it.

Look in the book and there is a machine that starts with a “MI” can’t think of the same right now lol but anyways get some source jars then get a enchanting pedestal and a hopper. What you’re gong to do is connect the enchanting pedestal to the machine and the hopper to the pedestal.

Then have your Starbucles store the berries in the hopper instead of a chest.

The machine eats food in return for source. You might wanna have a couple of source jars because with this method you’ll start filling up pretty fast

By default, yes. The iceandfire config can change it to only "soft" blocks or disabled entirely

So, figured out the mob that stole the enchants was a hunger and that they can consume and store enchants to be placed on something else. I'm going to be away from the game for a bit so I'll ask here.

1. Can any enchanted gear be thrown in and be pulled of?
2. Can you then throw a book and it'll add the sum total enchants to it?
   Just trying to get a bunch of enchantments of some dungeon loot so I can add it to the enchantment library once I get it up and running.

IIRC Dungeons Gear relies on another mod for rolling (and this mod is absent from the modpack), so for now it isn't possible
