There are two ways

To fix this

1. Delete the modpack and download it again.
2. Use AT Launcher or a different launcher.
   (To backup your world right click the modpack click open in folder saves then world the. Copy that world put it in the reinstalled version.

In order to use OptiFine, follow the steps below:
For 1.16.5 Forge: Remove Magnesium and Dynamic Lights Reforged, add OptiFine HD U G8 to the mods folder.
For 1.18.2 Forge: 1.18.2 comes with Oculus that gives you Shaders with 90% less load times. If you want to use Optifine then remove the Oculus, Rubidium and Dynamic Lights Mods then add Latest 1.18.2 OptiFine to the mods folder.

Optifine Issues are not Supported in the Github however it shouldn't be an issue asking in the Discord for help.

I just started a modded Minecraft server with some friends, and i seem to be the only one experiencing bad lag problems. i have decent fps avg 100-130, i have 5 ping, 250 download and 22 uploads speeds, so i don't thinks its my connection. my pc has 32gb of ram, i have a Ryzen 3700x boosted and a 3060 overclocked. all my specs should be able to run the mod pack but it has almost become un playable at times. and its not server side as we have more than enough head and never come close to using all the resources. please any help would be great, thanks.

My problem is that when I download the mods from the BetterMC v57.5 modpack and I want to start a world in single-player, the world when it reaches 100% load, the game crashes and it doesn't only happen with this version of the modpack , but I tried from v57.5 to v54.5, the same thing happens to all of them.
