Top left of your inventory will be a map icon, click it, then top left of that is the same map icon, click it once more. On that screen, it'll show a small map of the chunks around you, left click the ones your storage system is on to claim them, after that shift-left click the same ones to force load. If you click the wrong one, you can unclaim/load with right click.

Hello! My partner and I are having issues connecting to a Lan world in BMC 1.18 Forge (v10, v14) that is being launched with the forge beta launcher. Here is a list of things we have tried already: Relaunching the Lan host world, making sure all of the correct mods are in the pack and are the same version, making sure the mods are being opened with java SE binary, trying to launch separate worlds on each computer system, disabling firewall, enabling firewall. The joiner is always able to join the world but is immediately kicked/disconnected as soon as the notification "---- has joined the world" appears.

Any ideas as to how we can fix this?

I still got this Problem (only on Server) and newer Versions did not fix it.
I have no Idea what else i could try to get rid of it.
Not just that there is also a new problem with the arachnid rancher mod in combination with the Waystone Mod (also just on the server).
After I travel with a spider, it is not possible to set the following Option to off.
Has anyone also experienced these problems and could help me? It is getting pretty annoying by now.

Place the portal inside the dimension and right click with a golden ingot and it will teleports you out. it may teleport you to world spawn, so be prepared to run if your base is far

Circle one is from FTB Chunks, you can disable it by clicking the map icon in the top left of your inventory screen, it'll open up a map, click the cog on the bottom left, go to the 'minimap' section, find 'enabled' and set it to false

is there a way to make fogs in caves dark instead of bright? also why is render distance in caves so small for me if i have it set on 32

What do you mean java 17 is no longer available? MultiMC just needs you to have a manual install that you direct it to depending on what mc version you want to use.

Is there a mod or anything like that included in the modpack that lists my server anywhere publicly? (I don´t even know if that´s a thing)
I´ve been getting ALOT of connection attempts to my server without ever giving out the ip. Is this just people trying to connect to an old server ip that I now have or is there more to it? ty in advance
