Well, a roundabout way would be use the modpack app to download the mods and configs for you, then swap them over to a forge profile in the normal mc launcher. (this is why I said it would just be easier to use the app to launch from since you would have to do this for each modpack update :P)

So I installed the new 53.5 version release and at first, it was smooth (i was in the nether when entering my world) and I changed the keybinds then checked the volume configuration thing from dynamic surroundings. After that, boom crash. I relaunched it, it froze in place staying like that for a while so I closed it. Just tried relaunching it now it says:

But i would highly recommend to read about the mod carefully because it might conflict with other mod too
But it should not i suppose cause its just a backpack mod afterall

To craft the other backpacks,

1. Get a sewing table, a sewing spool, shears, 5 leather, 3 wool.
2. Place the leather with the spool and shears in the sewing table to get bound leather, do that for all 5
3. Cook those 5 bound leather in the furnace, should get 5 tanned leather after
4. Place the 5 tanned leather, 3 wool, in the sewing table with the spool and shears. You'll get a backpack. As I said, JEI explains it all and it does work.

You need a light n dark, and a dark n light, from the mod desc:
Enter:
You'd be able to get using The Light n' Dark (echo...echoo....echooo), and you can craft it using three Cold Deep Stone (which you can find it in the deepest depths of the OverWorld), some Obsidian (3) and Chains (2), and simply insert a Diamond (right click whit a Diamond in hand) and BOOOM, suddenly you're in the Deep Dark, keep in mind that you can't use The Light n' Dark in blocks like grass, stone or wood, the block needs to be placed on bedrock, how to find bedrock you may ask? Dig straight down a few blocks and you'd find some!

Exit:
Well it's very simple, you need to craft The Dark n' Light (echo...echoo....echooo), and you can craft it the same as a Light n' Dark but you need to use Grimstone [which you can get while smelting Deep Stone (which you can obtain by smelting the Cold Deep Stone)] and you need to simply insert a Gold Ingot (right click whit a Gold Ingot in hand) and BOOOM, suddenly, you're in the overworld where you're world spawn point is! (PRESS F1 FOR A HELPFULL GUIDE)
