here's a list of how to get each of the ultimerite ingot pieces you will need

#

1: Prismerite: get an oceanography table and buy lanterns from the villager to get the prismarine crystals
2: Witherite: farm a nether fortress or get a wither skele spawner from the Scorched mines if you have found it (use the advancement to see if you have)
3: Blazerite: kidnap a blaze spawner and make a enclosed area to kill them in
4: Spiderite: Cave spider spawner in a mineshaft or a giant chinese tower dungeon for their eyes
5: Featherite: Loot dungeons or have a chicken farm
6: Enderite: just get a max level cleric villager and buy the dam pearls
7: Phantomite: if you are in the end get a purpur altar and buy the membranes from the villager, if not, rush looting 3 and kill phantoms
8: Golderite: you can mine for it but looting a bastion is the best way if you are close to one, otherwise loot overworld dungeons

keep in mind you will need 36 netherite ingots in total, 32 for the custom ingots, and 4 for a clean netherite set to upgrade to ultimerite

best way to get tons of netherite is the piglin legion event and a nether goblin trader

Cheapest/Easiest food method is to grow cave roots with an auto feeder upgrade on your backpack (and a pickup/magnet upgrade if you have extra materials)

don't forget you can pick up spawners by being right next to them and shift right clicking with nothing in hand

if you find a giant chinese looking tower dungeon, keep in mind that the spawners in there for wither skeletons will not give you skulls

it's best to grab a single cave spider spawner and leave with your life because the loot is in fact, not worth it

#

unless you want to go in there and try to get a dragon egg

#

another huge tip: any dragon egg from dragon mounts:legacy can turn into any dragon, there is no difference between them besides appearence, the ghost dragon glows in the dark

#

make sure to have the right enviroment when hatching your dragon of choice

Hey everyone, just curious if any of you use Ice & Fire with this mod?. We've have it installed on our server and it's been working fine up to v43, 44 & 45 have a weird issue where Sea Serpents don't render at all, completely invisible, every other I&F mob is fine though. What's weird is the centre of the Sea Serpent doesn't exist at all, the bit that's actually named Sea Serpent and shows health/hearts etc and is the yellow dot part of it on the minimap. If you turn on hit boxes there is just nothing in the middle of it. Thought I'd ask here first as it's clearly something new in the pack since 43 that's messing with it, would appreciate if anyone may have an idea about what it could be, cheers.

ice and fire isn't in the original pack so it's prob a texture error caused by config

FUN FACT: the goblin trader has a chance to trade 5 dragon heads and 1 diamond sword and will give a diamond sword with sharp and unbreaking 7, you can put this sword in a grindstone with a book to wipe the enchantments onto the book giving you cheap sharp and unbreaking 7 if you max an enderian villager's trades then zombify and cure them

could be you aren't allocating enough RAM to your game, go into your curseforge settings and allocate at least 4 ~ 8 GB of RAM to minecraft

give it 5 minutes tops and if that doesn't work then try closing out some applications like Chrome (chrome is a huge RAM hog) and steam if you have it

even if you allocate all your RAM to your game, it still can't use it all if it is being taken up by other apps

here's another fun fact you could actually use: once you have access to dragon heads and dragon's breath (you can buy it from the enderian villager who's work station is a purpur altar) you can make a corrupterite bow which repairs using your food bar but can be enchanted with infinity, giving you a self repairing infinity bow that almost works like mending

then apply unbreaking, flame, and power and you get a perfect bow

#

or crossbow depending on your taste in weaponry

Is there something different about locating the strongholds in this mod? I used eye of ender and it took me to the location of a stronghold but there is no stronghold generated in that area. I went in to spectator mode to look everywhere around that area. I then flew 10000 blocks north and /locate a new strong hold and same thing. Is my world bugged or do strongholds not exist?

quick question; what mod adds the demon that sets you on fire and camps your house for 20 days so youre forced to make a run for it but 3 skeletons were waiting for you and while you were on fire these 3 skeletons shoot at the same time ending up killing you and you forgetting to place down a bed so your base is now nowhere to be found and you need to start over?

Everything works well except we are limited to very low chunk distance no matter the settings we set in our minecraft graphic settings. Hi everyone. Been running into an issue with a server my friend and I play on. On the server, whenever we log off and then come back, animals we have tamed primarily dragons and dogs, seem to lose the tame. You have to re-tame the dogs and the dragons are flyable but won’t sit or show the saddle

#

On my local world, I am not seeing these issues

#

Both are running the lates version of the mod pack

My dragon mount legacy dragon won't sit. I tested it out in a new world and the dragon sits down regularly unless picked up and placed down or it teleports long distances to you. The only way i've found to make a dragon sit is to just spawn in a new one.

Uh no, modpacks are made up of individual mods, not one huge mod. Each mod has it's own config (if included by the author of that mod)

And for structures, there's no override mod afaik that does that (if even possible) so, gotta do it via each individual mod's config

No we have to stay low chunk distance no matter the fps we have. We have good fps so we would like more distance. Now its kind of limited around 10 for everyone so its very low

I don't believe there would be a mod stable enough to use on a modpack this large, typically doing that has some issues due to it not being the default mc generation, unlike it is in 1.17 due to mojang adding that in themselves, meaning that mods work around that as the default mc generation

Hmm, turns out you were right, they delayed it, nvm then on that one part, but still, compatibility will still be iffy due to the lack of a mojang introduced world height increase :P

oh... i think that's it. i did build right by world spawn. maybe if you change your world spawn to the location of your network root, it would stay loaded.

messing around with terraforged on the 1.16 in v45, i know it's intentionally not included, but it just says that some datapck is preventing the world from loading. any guess as to which, so i could try removing it? thonk

Hey, how's everyone doing? I got a question regarding optifine. I took magnesium out and put in optifine instead to use with shaders. After loading up the pack, it took longer to load and froze with not responding until it came back to life. Then I tried to load up a world and it loaded in only to freeze forever with not responding. Did I do something wrong or is a mod conflicting with optifine. Also I updated every mod in the curse forge app.

More than that. I tested and it seems to only drop if the wither spawns and dies on blocks part of an original nether fortress. Otherwise it doesn't drop any. Tested on hundreds of either skeles
