Figured it out. Apparently java 22 does not work with the server pack. I was under the impression it was backwards compatible but its not. It needed java 18 specifically

Hi, I never got an answer but researched thoroughly and they are only found in dungeons as loot and bone blocks being part of the structure. There is one dungeon in specific that is more likely to come up and that is the graveyard. It is a ground level structure has two levels and many spawners both skeleton and witch.

For the devs: Perhaps a way to fix (at least some) of the licensing issues with hosting on Modrinth is to utilize the Heracles mod (which is available on Modrinth). Yes, it will require you to port the quests to a new questing system, but I think for parity, it will help.

If this command was run in response to your question/issue, it is likely because switching away from the launcher you are currently using would fix your problem.
From our experience, the most stable launcher by far is ATLauncher, also known as ATL.

To install ATLauncher, do the following:

To transfer your Curseforge world to ATLauncher, simply right click the modpack on Curseforge, or click the 3 dots, then click "Open Folder". Copy the Saves folder, then click "Open Folder" on ATLauncher and paste the Saves folder there.
Because ATLauncher downloads the exact same files as Curseforge does, your world will be the exact same and you will be able to join the same servers. ATLauncher also works without an internet connection (after you've installed the modpack, of course), and does not have any bloat from Overwolf. You are free to uninstall both Overwolf and Curseforge with ATLauncher installed.

   i) Delete ALL other java versions from your PC (ONLY recommended if you don't need them)
   ii) Redirect your launcher/server to use your new installation of Java

1. Uninstall any other java program listed in your programs list (differs by OS, please find a guide for your own OS if you don't know)
2. Attempt to re-use the command mentioned above (if the output is now correct, which it should be, you are ready to go)

Method ii

1. For a server, please modify the $Java/JAVA variable (found in your startup script depending on ps1/sh) to the path of your java installation. For windows, this path is usually found in "Program Files/Eclipse Adoptium/version_of_java/bin"
2. For a client, depending on whether you use CurseForge, GD, or AT, the process is slightly different. Please see a guide for each respective launcher on how to change the java version.

I’ve watched several 1.20 guides on how to find buried treasure using pie ray, but mine just seems to function differently for some reason. Any help would be greatly appreciated❤️

My problem is that I’m not seeing a difference in chests detected by the pie ray. I have a ton of chests in my base, so I fly 5 chunks away and turn my render distance down to 2 chunks. Then I start heading towards my base. I would expect to see the number of detected chests spike upon getting within 2 chunks, but it doesn’t.

Am I doing something wrong, or are culling mods preventing those chests from rendering and therefore being detected by pie ray?

Hello, I'm having an issue with various versions of BMC. I'm using BMC4 currently, and I can't figure out why this is happening: When i try to navigate at a reasonable pace, the chunks are not loading in. sometimes for a long time requiring a save/re load. i noticed there are a few mods that mess with chunks in the pack, but what can I do to fix this issue. Okay I switched to Java GraalVM 17 and I added the corresponding flags. Also figured out I should be setting min and max ram to same value. I set it to 10GB and the server runs smoother it's at solid 20tps but Im still experiencing lag when flying with elytra loading chunks mainly, will that just always be an issue?

What’s the minimum amount of ram I should leave free? I have 8gb on my Steam Deck. The recommended 5.5gb was filling up too much and caused bad fps in some areas. Allocating all 8gb instead gives me much smoother performance, but occasionally will freeze for a few seconds. Especially when I pull up my Decks native menu. I’m assuming that the OS is having to free ram when it’s asked to do something.

What would y’all recommend to get the best of both worlds? 7gb?

Luna Pixel's World Sharing

Our modpacks don't support any mods that add singleplayer hosting / world sharing because we already provide free world sharing. The "Essential" mod is therefore incompatible.

To share your world using our own world hosting, click the "Open to Lan" or "Share World" button in the game menu when in a singleplayer world, and share the world.

It will give you an address, like magma-cube.mc.lunapixel.gg, which your friends can use to connect directly to your world as if it were a server!

We still highly suggest not to play through LAN as LAN is untested and unreliable. Using it will cause longterm damage to your world.
