@late linden the hammer weapon you get from the netherite monstrosity boss is also a pickaxe and doesn't have durability

@bleak hawk you can make modified eyes of ender to find the cataclysm dungeons. Other than that you need to check multiple y levels. You can use the map for a lot of it if you know what shapes to look for by adjusting the y level of the map and hunting around it. The wither dungeon where you get soul stone is 3 gray circles in a line on the map, for example.

If this command was run in response to your question/issue, it is likely because switching away from the launcher you are currently using would fix your problem.
From our experience, the most stable launcher by far is ATLauncher, also known as ATL.

To install ATLauncher, do the following:
1. Go to https://atlauncher.com/download
2. Install and run the setup, then open the program.
3. Login to your Microsoft account that owns the Java Edition of Minecraft from the Accounts tab on the right. This process is 100% safe, as it goes directly through Microsoft. ATLauncher does not see your account credentials.
4. Go to the Packs tab on the right, then click "Curseforge" on the left.
5. Search the modpack you wish to download.
6. Click "New Instance". Click "Ok" on the opted out mods warning, then click "Open All" on the manual download screen.
7. Let the mods download, ATLauncher will grab them from your Downloads folder and automatically add them to the modpack.
8. Go to the Instances tab, and click "Play" on the modpack you downloaded. If you ever see an "Update" button on the instance, click it.

To transfer your Curseforge world to ATLauncher, simply right click the modpack on Curseforge, or click the 3 dots, then click "Open Folder". Copy the Saves folder, then click "Open Folder" on ATLauncher and paste the Saves folder there.
Because ATLauncher downloads the exact same files as Curseforge does, your world will be the exact same and you will be able to join the same servers. ATLauncher also works without an internet connection (after you've installed the modpack, of course), and does not have any bloat from Overwolf. You are free to uninstall both Overwolf and Curseforge with ATLauncher installed.

I've only been using BMC since yesterday. But this is what I know:
BMC4 is the latest but I believe in beta, so there may be more bugs - but it'll have the latest features/long term support as time goes on.
From what I've read you can't update from BMC3 to BMC4. So pick carefully.
BMC3 runs on Minecraft 1.19
BMC4 runs on Minecraft 1.20

most recent doesn't always have the most mods, as new versions have to wait for a lot of updates. #announcements shows the most recent updated packs though. the 1.20.1 (mc version) packs are filling out but may not have as many mods as previous versions yet.

I see, I'm brand new to the modded MC world and started my own server and noticed the texture pack pretty much disappeared after an hour or two. We couldnt tell if it was an actual texture pack or part of a mod... Like I said I'm only used to vanilla MC and have only played w a texture pack once or twice... We disabled all the texture packs and reenabled them and it did not fix anything, but all the blocks, mobs, and physical entities (vanilla and modded) all stayed the same, but the sky both at night and during day lost its sparkle

If this command was run in response to your question/issue, it is likely because switching away from the launcher you are currently using would fix your problem.
From our experience, the most stable launcher by far is ATLauncher, also known as ATL.

To install ATLauncher, do the following:
1. Go to https://atlauncher.com/download
2. Install and run the setup, then open the program.
3. Login to your Microsoft account that owns the Java Edition of Minecraft from the Accounts tab on the right. This process is 100% safe, as it goes directly through Microsoft. ATLauncher does not see your account credentials.
4. Go to the Packs tab on the right, then click "Curseforge" on the left.
5. Search the modpack you wish to download.
6. Click "New Instance". Click "Ok" on the opted out mods warning, then click "Open All" on the manual download screen.
7. Let the mods download, ATLauncher will grab them from your Downloads folder and automatically add them to the modpack.
8. Go to the Instances tab, and click "Play" on the modpack you downloaded. If you ever see an "Update" button on the instance, click it.

To transfer your Curseforge world to ATLauncher, simply right click the modpack on Curseforge, or click the 3 dots, then click "Open Folder". Copy the Saves folder, then click "Open Folder" on ATLauncher and paste the Saves folder there.
Because ATLauncher downloads the exact same files as Curseforge does, your world will be the exact same and you will be able to join the same servers. ATLauncher also works without an internet connection (after you've installed the modpack, of course), and does not have any bloat from Overwolf. You are free to uninstall both Overwolf and Curseforge with ATLauncher installed.

LAN is untested and unreliable. Using it will cause longterm damage to your world. There is no reason to use LAN, as we support both paid and free methods of hosting a server the normal way. Here are your options:

1. Create a server using the server pack or through a Bisect purchase. Type !server in #bots for more information.

okay so i am trying to play better mc with my friends and our server will only work with the forge version. whatever. however, in the forge version i only get around 40fps. I switch over to better mc fabric and i get 200+ fps. what gives and how could i try to fix it? i really want to use complimentary shaders and my pc can definitely handle it

my friends are both playing with complimentary shaders on, have worse pcs than me, and don’t seem to have any issues
