If this command was run in response to your question/issue, it is likely because the launcher you are currently using would fix your problem.

ATLauncher also works without an internet connection (after you've installed the modpack, of course), and does not have any bloat from Overwolf. I'm having problems with our server, where the Ender Dragon is flying upward and seemingly out of render distance, which prevents players from killing it. You can hear the wings flapping, but the dragon is gone. I've noticed that there seems to be a different rendering behaviour when it comes to vertical subchunks. Is there a change that would cause this? How do I prevent the dragon from flying upward out of sight, and out of render distance? It's basically soft-locking players in the End, because the exit portal disappears until the dragon is killed, but the dragon is missing

hey howdy, trying to host a server for BMC3 Forge. Bisect was prohibitively expensive for me so I'm homebrewing it - hitting a snag whenever I put all the mods into the /mods folder in my server, it crashes with error:

I have a better minecraft modpack problem. My experience during the game is quite great, no lag, no fps drop or problem at all. But after playing for a period of time (50 days), I started to experience lag, fps drop and continuous jerking. An update to windows introduced a new security feature that prevents powershell files from running on your PC. This is great for your security, but not so great for our server start scripts, which require powershell to run them. Fortunately there is a quick fix for this!

Run powershell as administrator, then run Set-ExecutionPolicy RemoteSigned. Read the prompt and press accept. This will allow us to run scripts.

Next, navigate to your server directory using cd path/to/directory (for example: cd C:\Users\Username\Documents\Minecraft\Server)

You can now run the server by double-clicking the start.ps1 file, or typing .\start.ps1 into the command line while in the directory.

IF THE ABOVE DOES NOT WORK, TRY THIS
Run the command Unblock-File -Path .\start.ps1 in the same powershell window. This will allow the start script to not be blocked by windows, and run freely.

Simple Storage Networks allow for infinitely expandable storage that can be accessed from any dimension, at any distance. To set one up, you'll first need a Network Root and Request Table. Try to keep this all in one chunk (viewed by pressing F3 + G) and do it somewhere with a good bit of vertical space. Place the Request Table above the Network Root. Because ATLauncher downloads the exact same files as Curseforge does, your world will be the exact same and you will be able to join the same servers. ATLauncher also works without an internet connection (after you've installed the modpack, of course), and does not have any bloat from Overwolf. You are free to uninstall both Overwolf and Curseforge with ATLauncher installed.

Hi, so me and my gf are in a self-hosted 1.19.2 server, and we both have noticed that there are several items that seems to be completely uncraftable and the recipes to make them aren't being shown in JEI. It also seems to be doing the exact same thing when I try to craft them in single player worlds. Driftwood boats, farmer's delight milk bottles, and cherry bookshelves with the vinery cherry planks are some examples. I looked in the server debug log and I noticed that it was skipping a ton of recipes because "it's serializer returned null." Anyone know what's causing this and how it could be fixed?

Hi guys! I just downloaded better mc through curse forge and it all seems to be working fine, however my inventory is acting really strange. On my vanilla MC I would move items around using the left side of my mouse and I could pick up the whole stack of blocks I had, but now It's using the right side and it keeps picking up only half at a time

I'm not really sure how to fix it so I can pick everything up at once, and when I move it to a different spot it also only puts down 1 of the item at a time which is really frustrating if I want to move a large amount of blocks

Very rarely, this has happened twice now in maybe 20 hours, the game uses 100% cpu out of nowhere, this has happened in the nether twice so far tbh, any ideas how? I've optimised all the settings too, idm tbh I can relaunch just curious on what it could be?

1. Have you modified the modpack in any way? If so, what did you do? (Updating/adding/removing mods, changing configs)
2. What launcher, or program, are you using to launch the game? (CurseForge, ATLauncher, etc)
3. What Minecraft version are you playing? (1.18.2, 1.16.5, 1.19.2)
4. What version of the modpack are you playing? (v11, v9, etc)
5. What steps are necessary to reproduce the crash? (Launching the game, exploring the world, etc)
6. Have you ever gotten past the point where the crash happens?
7. Send the crash report file into this channel. Right click the modpack, Open Folder, and navigate to the Crash Reports folder. Drag the newest one here. If there is no crash reports folder, do the same thing with the latest.log file in the logs folder.
