Hey, bettermc is lagging for me. It initially ran fine, but after a while, it has lag spikes in somewhat regular intervals.

Otherwise, it ran fine, FPS isnt a problem and PC specs should be very much enough.

I see donkeys (or horses) with the mod, winery... And when i use a block of hay, they try to make another horse and....

I was testing and the better minecraft forge 1.16.5 version is more optimized than 1.19.2, apart from it has more compatibility with shaders, 1.19.2 went to 14 fps with shaders and 1.16.5 between 30 and 40 fps with shaders

When I played the fabric edition, I found that there was, I don't know if it's a mod or it's a shadder or resource pack, that made, that the blocks had a nice transition. For example, the stone blocks, when there was dirt, appeared with some of it on top. But dunno if forge have something like that or just is a fabric exclusive.

when u loot structures instead u have to factor in the time to find structures, fight whatever is in them, risk factor of dying, and there are only so many diamonds per structure until u have to go to another one. strip mining isnt finite

There's no risk factor in dying for me. I take into account the mental effort it takes which is nothing for me vs giving my hopes up for a vein. I take in the factor of what keeps my interest more because if my interest starts fading, mistakes will be made, the amount of diamonds you'll get in these structures is crazy for the little effort you spend (assuming you know how to do villager setup first so you get enchants so you can loot said structures). There's some knowledge you need before-hand sure, but once you learn this method, the game becomes a lot more interesting imo.

Hello, I have an issue with a server.(Better MC 1.16.5 v60) I'm using Oracle Cloud to make an Linux Instance that's running the server and followed all the README.txt instructions and opened the server normally without any issues, anyways, I'm using Curse Forge for playing the v60 but when I try to enter the server it says "Incomplete set of tags". So anyone knows how to fix this? I think the error is from mod incompatibilities between server and client(I tried Reinstalling).

Run powershell as administrator, then run Set-ExecutionPolicy RemoteSigned. Read the prompt and press accept. This will allow us to run scripts.

Next, navigate to your server directory using cd path/to/directory (for example: cd C:\Users\Username\Documents\Minecraft\Server)

You can now run the server by double-clicking the start.ps1 file, or typing .\start.ps1 into the command line while in the directory.

IF THE ABOVE DOES NOT WORK, TRY THIS
Run the command Unblock-File -Path .\start.ps1 in the same powershell window. This will allow the start script to not be blocked by windows, and run freely.

An update to windows introduced a new security feature that prevents powershell files from running on your PC. This is great for your security, but not so great for our server start scripts, which require powershell to run them. Fortunately there is a quick fix for this!

Run powershell as administrator, then run Set-ExecutionPolicy RemoteSigned. Read the prompt and press accept. This will allow us to run scripts.

Next, navigate to your server directory using cd path/to/directory (for example: cd C:\Users\Username\Documents\Minecraft\Server)

You can now run the server by double-clicking the start.ps1 file, or typing .\start.ps1 into the command line while in the directory.

IF THE ABOVE DOES NOT WORK, TRY THIS
Run the command Unblock-File -Path .\start.ps1 in the same powershell window. This will allow the start script to not be blocked by windows, and run freely.

I downloaded the server pack v60.5 from curse forge, then i put the files in the instance that i'm using, I executed start.sh(because is a linux instance), i didn't do anything else than running the servers.

For client side

I just downloaded the 60.5 from curseforge
