I installed the modpack a few days ago and everything was fine until today when I opened mc and suddenly the settings had changed, the home screen was different (it said dark edition) and I didn't care about it but when I entered my world I see that the settings are there had also changed

#

The blocks looked with another texture and so, my inventory suddenly appeared in the middle of the screen and I can't remove it, the map is completely different and the configuration is the same

Simple Storage Networks allow for infinitely expandable storage that can be accessed from any dimension, at any distance. To set one up, you'll first need a Network Root and Request Table. Try to keep this all in one chunk (viewed by pressing F3 + G) and do it somewhere with a good bit of vertical space. Place the Request Table above the Network Root. Generally, the simplest way to gets lots of storage is to make a tower of double chests from bedrock and then a tower of Link Cables which attach to the Network Root. When you run out of space, you will need to make more Link Cables, as one cable can only attach to one double chest. If you're playing a modpack with the Sophisticated Backpacks mod, you can use maxed backpacks instead of chests to conserve space. To access the Network from anywhere with a Crafting Remote, click the map icon at the top left of your inventory then click the next map icon in the same area. Here, you can click to claim a chunk (disabling creeper explosion damage) and then shift click to "Force Load" it. You can tell it's loaded when there's red lines going across the chunk. You can also put the Crafting Remote in a Curio slot (accessed by clicking the ring icon in your inventory) and then bind "Open Remote Curio" to a key of your choice for easier access.

  1. Download an adoptium release for Java (recommended but not required):

  1. When installing through adoptium, make sure that Add to PATH and Set JAVA_HOME variable are both set to be installed (please see https://imgur.com/a/jPu1h7h for how that would look)

  2. Check if java has been correctly installed by running java --version (or java -version on older versions), and seeing if the output is correct (see https://imgur.com/a/OWcoq4p for an example of the output)

  • NOTE: 64 bit versions of java ALWAYS have '64-bit Server VM' in the version output. If that is not there, you have installed a 32-BIT version!! If you're getting Out of Memory errors or any other errors, PLEASE install 64-bit
  1. If the output isn't as intended, you have 2 options.
    i) Delete ALL other java versions from your PC (ONLY recommended if you don't need them)
    ii) Redirect your launcher/server to use your new installation of Java

  1. Uninstall any other java program listed in your programs list (differs by OS, please find a guide for your own OS if you don't know)
  2. Attempt to re-use the command mentioned above (if the output is now correct, which it should be, you are ready to go)

Method ii

  1. For a server, please modify the $Java/JAVA variable (found in your startup script depending on ps1/sh) to the path of your java installation. For windows, this path is usually found in "Program Files/Eclipse Adoptium/version_of_java/bin"
  2. For a client, depending on whether you use CurseForge, GD, or AT, the process is slightly different. Please see a guide for each respective launcher on how to change the java version.

hey i couldnt replicate it if i tried but i had a glitch where i teloported to my friend the moment he died and it got me stuck in a glitch where the game would kick me out because it didnt know what to do with me. it was fixed by me using /kill and also reseting the world

I haven't played Minecraft in 10 years and always played Vanilla only so I don't know much about modding servers.

We just created a server with BMC3 on it and we were wondering if it was possible to tweak some things (like disable the minimap server wide, or other minor things like that)

I believe you can client side, but don't know if it's easily doable server side.

We managed to fix it,

We followed '' so i recently had similar problem, it seems to me that it happened because
the world is stuck loading a corrupted chunk i solved it by taking the
seed of the server and i made a new world with the same seed, then i
took the region folder from the server and pasted it in the new world
that i created and I replaced the world in the server. i couldn't find
anything on the internet so hope this helps'' And it did, so here for the others

if you get an issue with corrupted chunks there are programs to remove specific chunks from your world allowing you to reload the chunks

It is highly advised to not use Optifine, as it is very glitchy, will increase loading times to upwards of 10 minutes, and will decrease your FPS substantially. All Luna Pixel Studios modpacks come with shader support without Optifine via Oculus on Forge and Iris on Fabric. Optifine is also incompatible with all of our modpacks. The game will not launch with Optifine installed.

Run powershell as administrator, then run Set-ExecutionPolicy RemoteSigned. Read the prompt and press accept. This will allow us to run scripts.

Next, navigate to your server directory using cd path/to/directory (for example: cd C:\Users\Username\Documents\Minecraft\Server)

IF THE ABOVE DOES NOT WORK, TRY THIS

We suggest using one of these two launchers for several reasons. They are considered far better than any other launcher. When installing a modpack on either launcher, do it through the Curseforge tab within GDLauncher/ATLauncher. You can transfer your Curseforge save to GDL/ATL. Because you are downloading the exact same files, you'll still be able to join the same servers and worlds.

ATLauncher - Slightly harder to use, works offline, fast and efficient, has more features. Can be downloaded from https://atlauncher.com/downloads

GDLauncher - Easy to use, works offline, does all the work for you, very simplistic and sleek design but it feels bloated to make it look nice and people do have issues with it. Can be downloaded from https://gdlauncher.com/en/download/

Modpack - A collection of mods. "Better MC 1.19.2 Forge", for example, is a modpack.
Modpack Version - The version of the modpack you are playing. v5, v6, v7, etc.
Minecraft Version - The version of Minecraft which the modpack you are playing runs on. 1.16.5, 1.18.2, 1.19.2, etc.
Mod - A .jar file which modifies the game in some way. "BetterEnd", for example, is a mod.
Forge - A mod loader which allows you to use Forge mods.
Fabric - A mod loader which allows you to use Fabric mods.

Maybe someone here can help me. "nightconfigfixes" seems to reset my mod configs at random server restarts. Is this a known issue? I changed configs in /config and /defaultconfig and it looks like the ticketsupport of bh also cant help me.
