If they're the color runes from quark, you can apply them to weapons and armor to change the color of their enchanted glow. I think the blank ones can be combined with dyes.

Also for the memory/RAM savvy folks.. I have 8gb allocated to BMC1.18.2 and it still runs into "Server can't keep up" problems, which eventually just freeze out the game. Strangely enough the game is playable in the background but the screen remains frozen. I've tried it with 6gb of RAM just in case I was over allocating, but I still get the problem. Do I need to go lower, or maybe turn off a mod that is holding the renderer hostage even though the game is still going? I will link my older messages if logs are desired since they are the same error.
