the water is for when creepers explode upon dying, which is a new behavior they kinda do. this will save you from the hassle of cleaning up

there's not much. i got by asking people here

diamonds were hard to get for us because of so many mobs and the sheer difficulty (plus the sanity meter)

i feel like fear-fightfall is more on finding yourself comfortable first... rather than doing risky things like mining

maybe you should go explore around---do some quests rather than go for diamonds!

cuz you might find awesome loot that can help you progress down the line
but for the mobs you need to kill... they'll usually spawn out and about. maybe it's just too dark to see them but they actually spawn frequently

For my server I have 10 gb of ram set of it and everything is working good until there is a large amount of mobs chasing us or we hit one of them sometimes, is there anything I can do reduce this delay/lag like maybe reducing simulation distance and mob count (and maybe keeping the render distance the same)?

if you allocate too much RAM, there will be not enough space for your syetem and as a result, the game will paradoxically run slower. I personally recommend allocating 5 GB with a 8 GB RAM, but try and see what works for you.

Quick question:
I have two windows profiles and on one it runs this mod pack with hysteria shaders on cinematic at 100 fps 12 chunks and on the other windows profile it runs at 200+ fps easily at the same settings.

Any reason why my fps could be havled?
I used microsoft's autoruns to disable any background app from auto starting but it didn't really help. The overclock settings are the same too so I'm lost

I also did test both profiles in the same world seed at the same locations

i created a creative world and spent a long while scrolling the inventory. Eventually i finished that, and when i tried to use some items, i discovered that the game had semi-frozen, as new chunks were no longer loading, and entities were refusing to function, and when i closed the world, it infinitely said "Saving World" untill i task-managered it

i'm using the default modpack as it currently is listed on curseforge, i haven't even changed mod settings like creepers blowing up your walls intentionally to let enemies through(speaking of, how do i do that? and how do i change the spawnrate of structures? I find that modpacks generally just add more structures, but don't adjust the spawnrate of them, meaning that there's just a ton of structures everywhere instead of generating at a rate similar to vanilla)

Well, i use the Most current Version of the modpack as it is loaded straight from the curseforge Launcher, with No alterations, in the Default Minecraft Version and all that. Absolutely No alterations, Not even mod Options Like Creeper AI. (Sidenote, which Files do i need to alter where exactly to disable Creepers deliberately blowing Up walls between Them and you, and Zombies being able to Mine Blocks?)
The Game does Not Crash outright, as detailed, but all entity Updates and chunks loading cease. Blocks can still be placed and destroyed. When closing the world, it gets stuck in an Infinite save Loop and does Not Progress beyond the "saving world" Screen.
As Said, the cause of the issue appears to have been prolonged Exploration of the creative menu, including loading multiple Tabs there-of several Times. If this command was run in response to your question/issue, it is likely because switching away from the launcher you are currently using would fix your problem.

To transfer your Curseforge world to ATL, simply right click the modpack on Curseforge, or click the 3 dots, then click "Open Folder". the structures do not spawn at night??? The mobs do. There are certain mobs that spawn at certain structures, The BoH discord can tell you more info at which mob spawns where. You have to wait till night for them to spawn, even then they might not.

Regular, growing bamboo causes the AI to get a bit confused when trying to path through it

The AI sees it as a non-full block, like fences, but also doesn't treat it as a proper wall.

Only things that can go through it are axe zombies; though it seems the tool-wielding zombies are somewhat rare.

Can someone please help me understand what the Crimson Moon is? Usually I hide underground at night so I never see it, but it happened the very first night in this world and I don't have a roof- there are little ghasts overhead and I hear dogs growling.

Edited to avoid adding an extra channel ping: Is it supposed to be a miniboss night? I had to fight the Dire Wolf Leader on top of everything else. And is the Crimson Moon randomized?
