Anyone know why my floodlights are flashing? I’ve got three of them lined up along a line of LV wires and relays and when the redstone control is set to not inverted they don’t light up, but when it’s set to inverted they turn on and off every couple of seconds

The issue though is happening because my friend placed a string into a dipper causing both of us to crash

Required:

Luna Pixel's World Sharing

Our modpacks don't support any mods that add singleplayer hosting / world sharing because we already provide free world sharing. The 'Essential' mod is therefore incompatible.

To share your world using our own world hosting, click the 'Open to Lan' or 'Share World' button in the game menu when in a singleplayer world, and share the world.

It will give you an address, like magma-cube.mc.lunapixel.gg, which your friends can use to connect directly to your world as if it were a server!

We still highly suggest not to play through LAN as LAN is untested and unreliable. Using it will cause longterm damage to your world.

There is no reason to use LAN, as we support both paid and free methods of hosting a server the normal way.

Voice chat mod is disabled by default on Bisect servers due to it causing a crash if you're not using a dedicated IP (this is majority of budget servers). Generally all that needs doing to re-enable it is removing the .d from the end of the voice chat mod file (Assuming you have a Dedicated IP + UDP is enabled on the panel).

Hi together! First, i wanted to report a little bug i noticed - but i don't know if it's already known or can even be changed. If you wear a backpack in your back and die with enabled keepInventory, you need to take the backpack off and put it on again to regain access to it
And second.. are there any pc specifications for the modpack? Two friends can't join my server, letting the game crash while joining. I will try to fix it as we talk again because yesterday i could fix it however for a third friend

@short pulsar if I may ask, do you know where I could ask someone for help with port forwarding? I have tried to follow many tutorials over the years, I can just never get it to work. I mean, sure, I kind of understand what they're doing, but the tutorials are a bit ambiguous for my router.

In the sense that it's easy to follow, but my specific problem is the "server" they're getting the ip to port forward from the DHCP Server section, is not there for me. Of course, I assume that would be the minecraft server, although I'm not sure the steps to take in order to make it visible there.

If you're having issues with your friends joining your server, your port for Minecraft may be closed.

  1. Check with https://portchecker.co/ with your IP and Minecraft's port (drop down menu) to see if it's open.

  2. If it's closed you will need to search online "How to open Minecraft port for server with (ISP Name)

Important note: a lot will allow port forwarding, but there may be some ISPs that will not allow any port forwarding. Please check online if this is the case for yours.

1. Identify your graphics card

You can really only get them to spawn at night, unless you want to change a config
i think both you and your friend will need to change it if you're playing on worldshare / lan
Removing the higlighet line from this config will help

Hey guys,
Im setting up a minecraft public server using the Fear Nightfall modpack.

Im building the server through a container image (itzg) and setting up modpack server through Fear_Nightfall_Remains_of_Chaos_Server_Pack_v1.0.10.zip file by running start.sh script. Everything looks fine until I've tried to login through original clients, which works but with some bugs, quests are missing, but I was able to login.
However, through offline method, with unofficial clients, I cant log in. I got messages about a mod that is missing: Hexerei 1.20.1-0.4.2.2.

There's something I've missed or a known bug that I haven't heard of?

If this command was run in response to your question/issue, it is likely because switching away from the launcher you are currently using would fix your problem.
From our experience, the most stable launcher by far is ATLauncher, also known as ATL.

To install ATLauncher, do the following:
1. Go to https://atlauncher.com/download
2. Install and run the setup, then open the program.
3. Login to your Microsoft account that owns the Java Edition of Minecraft from the Accounts tab on the right. This process is 100% safe, as it goes directly through Microsoft. ATLauncher does not see your account credentials.
4. Go to the Packs tab on the right, then click "Curseforge" on the left.
5. Search the modpack you wish to download.
6. Click "New Instance". Click "Ok" on the opted out mods warning, then click "Open All" on the manual download screen.
7. Let the mods download, ATLauncher will grab them from your Downloads folder and automatically add them to the modpack.
8. Go to the Instances tab, and click "Play" on the modpack you downloaded. If you ever see an "Update" button on the instance, click it.

To transfer your Curseforge world to ATLauncher, simply right click the modpack on Curseforge, or click the 3 dots, then click "Open Folder". Copy the Saves folder, then click "Open Folder" on ATLauncher and paste the Saves folder there. Do the same with the XaerosMinimap folder, or the Journeymap folder, to transfer over any waypoints you've created.
Because ATLauncher downloads the exact same files as Curseforge does, your world will be the exact same and you will be able to join the same servers. ATLauncher also works without an internet connection (after you've installed the modpack, of course), and does not have any bloat from Overwolf. You are free to uninstall both Overwolf and Curseforge with ATLauncher installed.

if you are making a mob farm xp farm including zombies, miners will spawn. however, i looked at the code and there are some blocks they will not mine. they will not mine "block entities" and you can find a list of those vanilla block entities here https://minecraft.wiki/w/Block_entity. however, you could just disable miners if you want too. trapdoors do not work!!! i recommend furnaces

You (likely) need to update your graphics drivers in order to resolve the crash. Here's how to go about doing that!

1. Identify your graphics card
if you already know skip to the next step

  • Open task manager
  • Navigate to the "Performance" tab (on Windows 11 this is the button that looks like a heart pulse)
  • Press the GPU 0 graph and read your GPU from the top right

Note:
In some cases you may see a GPU 0 and GPU 1. This means your CPU has its own GPU, as well as a dedicated one. You probably want GPU 1 (which is usually the better one), but you can ask staff to clarify if necessary.

2. Download your drivers from the manufacturers site
Depending on what you read before, you likely need drivers from either AMD, Intel, or NVIDIA

3. Run the installation, restart your computer, and try playing MC again
