Voice chat mod is disabled by default on Bisect servers due to it causing a crash if you're not using a dedicated IP (this is majority of budget servers). Generally all that needs doing to re-enable it is removing the .d from the end of the voice chat mod file (Assuming you have a Dedicated IP + UDP is enabled on the panel).

I've got one! I'm currently playing on version 1.0.10, the most recent one, and I have encountered this slightly annoying visual texture. It does not occur when shaders are on, but they are very taxing on my GPU and it feels better to play on higher fps rather than 40-50.
Here's the breakdown: Shaders off + Graphics set to Fast + Ashen_16x.zip Resource Pack ON. I have noticed the problem is caused just with that specific resource pack with the conditions I have written.

I see that it's trying to display a texture but the background is a solid green color, therefore making it unappealing to look at, so maybe considering we're looking for a performance upgrade (Graphics set to fast), removing the texture altogether for this setting would be beneficial

Note: Removing either or both of the other Ashen texture pack addons have no effect, just the base texture pack

Note 2: I have to specify, all of the resource packs already enabled by default were still on, in their order, I have only tampered with Ashen

This is an issue with Fast Graphics, specifically. Minecraft's approach to "fast" graphics is to eliminate transparency. any bushy leaves texture will do that as a result. If you'd like to use Ashen's leaf textures without bushy portions (i.e., making them fast-graphics-friendly), I recommend using the Ashen Simple Foliage add-on, which you can find here: https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/texture-packs/ashen-simple-foliage

And apparently 6 ender pearls in a chest, wow

My tarot deck broke. I have tried rejoining, dropping everything, getting a new tarot deck, nothing works, it keeps on moving my items up there. I said it right, if I drop the items from the tarot deck, they dissapear from my inventory

Ah, found a critical modpack error

you need at least 6 eternal crystals to use the return end portal, the questbook only wants you to make 1, heavily misleading the player

normally you can craft more crystals in the end dimension itself (which is how the mod normally works and is intended) but you cannot do that in this pack

so the player is just eternally stuck in the end dimension, combined with end gateways literally killing you when used this is a beyond dissapointing end to the pack currently

Depends, if you want the legit way you can use either BDUs or CDUs, i forget the exact name
Basically it freezes an area over to stop the infection

Killing the Flesh mounds and Proto hiveminds will also prevent the spread, but they are difficult to find sometimes

If you want a more cheaty solution, either set it to peaceful or use a /kill command on spore mobs. Doing that will kill off flesh mounds / proto hive minds and temporarily prevent the spread of the biomes, until a ne one evolves

Welp, the eldritch boss is dead. I guess I did it. I beat the pack on hard mode and with 0 deaths so technically hardcore, as long as you don't count the one death glitch where a teleporter literally teleported me into the void, instantly killing me. worst part is that this happened 20 minutes before the final boss in the pack.
The entire end chapter of the questbook is just half finished nonsense that literally misguides players to permanently get stuck in the end dimension. How did they not see this when testing? Furthermore even when you do try to escape the end dimension, activating an escape portal crashes the world every time at least once.
Man this is genuinely the most dissapointing ending I've had to a playtrough in all my years of playing modded, what a shame.

I even went back to the end to test the portals and now its even worse, the world gets stuck in eternally loading and I cannot close the world without ALT+ f4'ing, issue is because of this it does not save the portal being opened meaning I cannot exit the end until I reload my game a bunch of times and get lucky where it doesnt crash in that way

what's the quickest way to get the mining drill in fear the nightfall?

to progress in immersive engineering fast, an iron farm is very helpful (or if you can't make one due to no villagers, mountain tops are plentiful in iron and safe to mine)

secondly, villagers again. IE has several professions that sell IE related things, one even sells steel drill heads, though you still need to craft the rest of the drill

Thirdly, villagers again - no but really, any way to get fortune will help a lot in getting the extra ores faster to progress in the mod

General tips for IE
Blocks of coal coke are more efficient and making steel, at 9 blocks of coke for 10 blocks of steel
Theres no need to go to the nether for the blast furnace either, the materials spawn across the overworld in this pack
For power for that mods machines, water wheels or thermo generators are good to start, but start on biodiesel as soon as you can - that will fuel the biodiesel generator and also the drill. The drill can also use creosote but its less efficient
Garden Cloches farming beetroot can provide seeds and vegetables to make both ethanol and plant oil for the refinery to make into biodiesel

If this command was run in response to your question/issue, it is likely because switching away from the launcher you are currently using would fix your problem.
From our experience, the most stable launcher by far is ATLauncher, also known as ATL.

To install ATLauncher, do the following:
1. Go to https://atlauncher.com/download
2. Install and run the setup, then open the program.
3. Login to your Microsoft account that owns the Java Edition of Minecraft from the Accounts tab on the right. This process is 100% safe, as it goes directly through Microsoft. ATLauncher does not see your account credentials.
4. Go to the Packs tab on the right, then click "Curseforge" on the left.
5. Search the modpack you wish to download.
6. Click "New Instance". Click "Ok" on the opted out mods warning, then click "Open All" on the manual download screen.
7. Let the mods download, ATLauncher will grab them from your Downloads folder and automatically add them to the modpack.
8. Go to the Instances tab, and click "Play" on the modpack you downloaded. If you ever see an "Update" button on the instance, click it.

Its actual spawn day limit is handled by Teraphobia, but i don't know where its spawn rate is

The actual config is "appollyon_worldvars.dat" in your saved games data folder, which needs a program like nbtexplorer to open, and can turn the damend spawning on or off

im playing legacy fear the nightfall v18 and the spore mod is actually unbearable

i have put all organic material in BCU's our mob farm i made an item filter to move anything edible inside them

and fungus and the spore stuff is still infecting our base

its a server thats running 24/7 and literally every single time i log on without fail my ENTIRE BASE is just covered by spore mobs and infested blocks

the CDU doesnt work

i only mananged to get a few blue ice and it barely did anything

and the spore entity that spawns on chests although the BCU said it is good for storing organic material thats just a lie

Our modpacks don't support any mods that add singleplayer hosting / world sharing because we already provide free world sharing. The 'Essential' mod is therefore incompatible.

To share your world using our own world hosting, click the 'Open to Lan' or 'Share World' button in the game menu when in a singleplayer world, and share the world.

It will give you an address, like magma-cube.mc.lunapixel.gg, which your friends can use to connect directly to your world as if it were a server!

We still highly suggest not to play through LAN as LAN is untested and unreliable. Using it will cause longterm damage to your world.

They might be able to break blocks, but they can't build, so having your villagers elevated in a spawnproof area means they will always be safe

This is getting a bit frustrating. Essential didn't have lag spikes, but Luna we're experiencing lag spikes quasi frequently, and luna error crashes

The Essential mod is completely incompatible with all of our modpacks, and there's no reason to use it. All of our modpacks already come with built-in, free world hosting, by clicking the "Share World' button in the Open to LAN menu. You can learn more by typing !ws in the ⁠#bots channel. You can also run type !server in the same channel to learn how to properly host a server for better performance and more flexibility. In modpacks that aren't owned by us, you can use mods such as e4mc or WorldHost to host a server completely for free without Essential's many issues and crashes and the microtransactions that they constantly bother users with. Hey, so I had installed Fear Nightfall through Bisect Hosting and it was running fine with me and my friends. As we progressed further into the game by the day, it suddenly crashed on us. This happened moments ago and we kept retrying to join and restarting the server, but it didn't work

When you get hit with this sort of stuff constantly it gets tiring. And when you do explain they tell you you made it up or faked it.

You get annoyed with that sort of crap at some point that it's hard not to just shut them up

Our crap does work, people add things that we tell them not to add (like essential) or things that the dev didn't even bother testing cause it's not something they want in their pack

yes, we should totally test fit every single mod on the planet cause that's totally feasible

if you update a mod that they put custom configs in of course it breaks, cause it wasn't used in the pack either cause it's not stable with something else or it wasn't even available yet

Btw another thing: If we were so determined to force people to use who we partner with we would not offer serverpacks, help people set up and do self hosting, or offer a fork of e4mc so we're not killing their services.
