And yes I have tried with fresh installs. The only thing I haven't tried is a brand new instance and a brand new world with nothing imported

I’d creative spawn out if that’s the issue or try transferring the player data only if installing a new profile fixes it
Either way it comes back to, I spend another XX amount of hours and I get the same error, then what

I can open a chest, do something in it, close it, walk over to a door, and in the 1 second it takes to get to the door and press the button, the game has softlocked
Or I swing at a creature, and in the time before the second swing, it locks up
There is no "I did X action every time prior to the game locking up so I just gotta do that thing again to cause it"

Its a free modpack, so other than the hours I've spent on it, its not like I am losing anything
I just got to let it go and move on

Also, try and use an empty bucket on a waterlogged block in the ocean - it voids the block for mt
It cannot be scooped up, yeah, and the saltwater conflicts with regular buckets, but my inf-watersource shouldn't be making it at all is the annoying problem

Remains of chaos does not have herobrine and a few other mods, as well as having new ones, and has the new campaign like you mentioned

I've seen modpacks like better than wolves who have pre built soft hardcore spawn rules, but I've never seen hard locked difficulty outside of maps which are already hardcore when you log into it

Minecraft vanilla has the ability to lock difficulty and it forces hard on hardcore but this modpack specifically doesn't have it , meaning they have something added that removes that vanilla feature , also regarding the dificulty of removing peacefull dificulty from options , I have to ask if you have any experience in mod development .

As a note, Flare isn't the dev of the pack, and it's a pain in the rear end when all those SCP mods are made with the worst software on the planet MCreator.

so the simpliest way to deal with it is doing this
extend the cables to the side and put a quartz fiber in between
so power can move

Im gonna dig a 101x101 hole, about 30-40 blocks deep, I think
then I will build above this hole a 91x91 platform with a hole in the middle, 3x3, 5x5 or 7x7 (hopper shaped).
I will fill the 91x91 platform with water, which will push the mobs into the hole in the middle.
I will fill the 101x101 hole with lava (because it will eat those little mining fckers)
and I will build another 81x81 platform above 91x91 as my base with farms etc.(10-20blocks above it)
I will fill the gap between 101x101 and 91x91 with 4 bridges with automatic pistons to drop mobs (or maybe with IE wires, I don't know yet XD).

Apparently the Nether is flooded with zombie pigmen, at any point, less than 20 have spawned if no pigmen exist and as much as 50 will just materialize
and they are all immediately aggressive, so good luck going through that nightmare without a broom

Enough is enough with Apollyon, I like the concept, I like the creatures it adds, the execution is not compatible with nightfall in anyway.
The mod refuses to obey rules regarding light levels, the mod refuses to obey rules regarding spawn rates, and as far as I'm aware despite the best efforts of the dev team the damned is an assured spawn every given night at least three times. An also frequently spawns during the day because again, it ignores light level rules and any other rule imposed on it by external tools.
The Damned is just "Nothing personnel, kid", to be honest.

heya, I need some help..uhm we've been playing this modpack for quite some time now but we're just unable to find the corpse warlock even with the eye of the bloody altar...or more like the eye just won't work for us. we use it and then most of the time it just starts lagging and thats all we get

The fix I did may change things in the world tho so idk if you wanna wait for the mod dev to change it or not but what I had to do was downgrade the EEEAB mob mod
IDK What it all changed but the mod dev for the EEEAB mod told someone else to downgrade to this version for their fix and so I tried it and the eye started working for me
All I did was remove the current EEAB's Mobs mod from the mod folder and replace it with that one

So my girlfriend and I have a server together. We downloaded the server file from CurseForge and I followed the instructions. Our server worked for 3 days until the 1.0.5 update rolled out.
Whenever I try to launch start.bat, it eventually gets stuck.
I've tried updating the modpack by transferring the world files and server properties, but it's still the same...
It's been 22 minutes...
Ever since the new update rolled in, it just stopped working...?
I'll try to see if it works on a different device.

Now that I can reliably handle The Damned, I don't mind going out at night.
I just hate doing it because the creepers sneak up and keep leaving craters everywhere
I used a mod to prevent the Damned from spawning, he kept fucking up my immersive engineering machines
I opened up the Tera config and set him to spawn on day 9999

Ether Blade makes short work of The Damned, if you have decent armour
Its more that he deletes blocks in his path
The bottom of my house, which is on stilts, is all machines so if he cuts through that he will ruin several things and blocks have to be remade since he outright deletes them instead of breaking them

Not sure what Disease does, but Anomaly is the Primordial factor
Otherwise when Life and Biomass hit 1, it produces a Blob

the first world i played the dark tower did spawn right next to spawn but the only thing was spawners

My assumption is it will only spawn in if you load the Dark Tower's chunk for the very first time during night after day X, and keep the chunk loaded
