In the new labs - you need to click on the starbase then select the hangar button ( second from the bottom left ). Then it is the same interface as labs v1. In Sage 3d you need to select the fleet, open the starbase inventory then drag and drop the cargo from the fleet ( currently a bit buggy at least on my setup )

Yep, the Sage 3D page is eating some Ram, and if you don't have a dedicated GPU to handle the WebGL stuff it will eat up from the CPU usage

Whut, I think they made a fix about dropping stuff to the fleets token accounts directly that prevented it and burned the stuff. I might test if it is still an issues and report to team. Could be a visual bug with the map too, if he was botting the automation should take the ship to the nearest space station and auto-restock, so wandering if he did that so fast that it was not showed on map

What is the lowest entry cost to the game? If I were to build a fleet

10x Fimbul airbikes or Opal jets are the entry level scan fleet. You can also try out with a fleet with less than 10 xxSmall ships, but that way you will be paying more gas fees for less returns. There also other combinations that you can try but I think this is currently the cheapest entry level for scanning.

For mining, I am not really sure. You could probably try 1 xxSmall ship for mining hydro, but that way of scaling would be a really long grind. It is not impossible, just not optimal at the moment. Haven't run the numbers there, but the miner ships seems most cost efficient in terms of burning recourses to mine. But the cheapest one goes for about 300 bucks at the moment. Compared to about 70 bucks for a 10x scanning fleet

Depends on how good you are on scanning and also the market price of SDUs - they recently jumpled a lot in price. Also there is the new craftable item that you can sell for atlas, the RFR - I am still running the numbers there. Long story short - the return of investments depends on the market prices. This ship prices also change - for example I have bough my opal jets for about 5 bucks and now I can sell them for about 6.

Well... probably not that way, SCORE is going to lower emissions which will cut what you can earn in ATLAS passively, the best thing to do would be to migrate to SAGE, but obviously, that takes time

It also means you can still sell resources on the marketplace as before, as people will still buy those because they can use those materials as input for their RFR, which they will then sell for ATLAS.

You can either mine and craft stuff and sell those resources directly, or you can craft Council RFRs and sell them directly to the DAO wallet (which manages both sage and score emissions I believe) in the marketplace for atlas.

The Unreal game has a Wallet extension build into it. so you would need to import your Seed / Private Key to have access to the that wallets items in-game. I know a lot of people have issue with this process even myself that is why i used a Ledger instead.

You should try before you decide you can't make the same amount in sage. There are tools that help to automate the grind and i have seen my profits get up to 30x what I was doing in score with not much more time I spent feeding ships in score. yep, I tested, only the 3 are for free. You might want to pair it with 7 unibombas, because they are the only smaller ship that have lower cooldown than the rayfam. If you take other ships it is alright too, but you will be nerfing the scan cooldown of the whole fleet ( fleet cooldown is taken from the worst ship cooldown ).

Also it might be better to have the max 10x base hit per sdu, because with the recent climb on solana price you might want to min max on tx fees ( each scan will charge you tx fee in sol, they are not huge but they add up )

In the meantime I have a miner fleet at the same stationo that will dig faction crystal and transport back. Another optiono is to have the fleet stationed on a planet with hydro and just to dig and craft it to fuel. But with the recent changes to crafting prices I am not sure if it is still worth

Yeah, it is the same for me, haven't been active on the scanning part for a while. When they released Sage 3d I had prepared 50 fleets of 1x Opal jets with the only purpose to test the performance and to see how they render in WebGL 😄

New plan is to test the Labs Assistant and try to automate my supply chain and semi automate the scanning ( using Eveeye map + sending the scanner fleets to missing ). I will be sharing more with the community if I am manage to make it work. Would be really cool if the team implements something like that in the future releases that minimizes the clicking but still relies on strategy and human interaction to be successful.

So I was doing a sweeps of 3x3 and moving the fleets toward the highest % chance found in that quadrant. So it is a game of cold and warm. that is because of the Eveyee map - they can see you after you do a scan and they know if you have hit a good spot. So they try to force you out of there. If you want to outscan them you might need to have more fleets there and try to time them out. At the end it is not worth it because you are wasting more resources fighting over it and both getting less SDUs from the operation.

hi. i am new with star atlas and have a few questions : in terms of economics and technical : 1. economy - there are actions for which you do not have to pay much (docking, start of mining - takes me 0.2 atlas); but there are a lot of actions that take me, for example, 40 atlas each) - end of mining (by the way, I do not know why 2 times you have to approve in the wallet - once takes 40 atlas and the second time 0.2 atlas); transferring, for example, food to the ship - 40 atlas, in this way after several actions I have already taken 5000atlas. no matter how you look at it, $3 for almost zero fun. and on the other hand, when I put the dug mineral in the hangar, 0.002 solana falls into my wallet (for about 200 units of hydrogen - despite the fact that I did not sell this mineral. anyway, so far it comes out negative and I do not understand why. Hi, this is you want to transfer cargo to the fleet. You need to import the ships from Deposit and Withdraw menu of the CSS. Then go to the hangar and make a fleet with them.

Transferring them from inventory means you want to add then as cargo in an existing fleet cargo bay which is not the intended way to use Right now

If you already have existing fleet you can open it in hangar then select add ships. Keep in mind that you can add ships to existing fleet, but cannot remove them.

R = Richness of the resource. Higher richness means you can mine it faster/with less food/ammo cost. The H = Hardness - Higher Hardness means you mine it slower/with more food/ammo cost. Hope my explanation helps

I suggest dont craft max RFR in one go. Try less than half. You may have to try a few times. It has worked for me. It was mentioned that the team is aware of the issue. Due to Solana congestion this happens. They have a potential solution to implement after the break.

When they lowered the emission in score there seemed to be some angry people who didn't want to migrate to sage. Would there be a way use the faction fleet as a ship rental program? The way Maker DAO works is like you lockup $1000 worth of BTC and you can take a $500 DAI loan. If someone had $1000 worth of Atlas locked up in the DAO they could rent up to maybe $300 or so worth of ships from the faction fleet. Would some thing like this even be possible?

Hey guys question on Claim Stakes and the power plant/ drill upgrades - Claim stakes are on the market as well as the upgrades. If I am buying a claim stake now (lets say Tier 2), once these become active in Sage, am i going to be required to buy the power plant upgrade tier 2 along with the drill upgrade tier 2 in order for my claim stake to work correctly? I know they were air dropped to us upon original release but im not sure how claim stakes will play out when it comes to the upgrades and if i buy tier 2 claim stake now and not have the 2 upgrades.
