Hi, I operate 22 SDU Fleets with 10XXs ships each. First of all, thank to the DEV Team for introducing the Scan All function. It makes it so much more enjoyable. However, I have the "problem" that even though I have Auto Confirm enabled in my Phantom Wallet, I have to manually confirm an average of 8-10 scan actions/transactions per scan cycle. I then get a message that the Auto Confirm function is not available. Is there anything I can change or set differently so that all 22 scans are always Auto Confirmed?

Hello, I have a question about the referral link. I copied the referral link from my Star Atlas profile page. But when I go to the Dashboard to check for rewards and referrals, I see another buddy link. So I tested the referral-link from my Star Atlas profile page with a burner wallet, and used the new burner wallet to join Star Atlas and create an account, bought a Star Atlas asset (Golden Ticket) on the marketplace (did see the -10% on primary sales notice). I expected to see some data on my dashboard buddy-link-page. But there is none. So my question is, which buddy link am I supposed to use, the one from the Star Atlas profile page or the one from the buddy-link-dashboard-page? And why don't I see the interaction of the burner wallet?

It loads from time to time for me, it has been like that for about 4 hours. Here is some additional info:

1. It does open the page and I am able to browse and read the description of items
2. I am not able to see any prices of the items in both currencies
3. If I change browsers it does not start showing the prices
4. If I refresh it does not always start showing the prices
5. If I wait some time and then refresh then it starts showing the prices again.
6. After some clicking and browsing the items the prices start to disappear again

On a success sdu scan, what determines the number of sdu received? I'm playing around with different fleets

SDU Scans.. am i doing something wrong.. when i scan i never find anything. it says i should find stuff 25% of the time. but for me its more like 2-5%, if even that amount. i find scanning to be tedious and non productive. any advice? thanks.

you should try creating a fleet just for scanning, maybe 2 or more fleets if you have the funds. I use 10 airbikes, I have 3 of those fleets. I also use them as crew to craft, when I need to.

From what I have experienced so far it should consolidate your inventory into one single information block and return some of the SOL/ATLAS tokens that has been rented to maintain the data of the blocks. I believe you can experience this when you disband a fleet that has unloaded cargo at the base. I stumbled upon it a couple of different times but so far I am not sure how it entirely works. Best to ask confirmation from someone from Dev team to know for sure. Long story short - it is save to click, should refund you the rented amount of tokens to your wallet.

Sure, if you sit on the same sector as others you are fighting for the same spawn of the SDU. if you move Further out to the MZR areas you are less likely to be fighting with others for the same sector. There is a Global allowance which is 1500 SDU harvested a minute, if that is being broke then spaws are less. Also if SDU's are found on a sector they will not respawn on that sector for 2 minutes minimum.

So...been trying for the past few days to connect sage labs on my android mobile. Sage lab keeps saying it detects solflare on my mobile device, but every time I try connecting, it'll direct me to the solflare website instead of opening up the app itself. Have already tried on several different browsers ( brave, chrome, firefox, kiwibrowser, opera gx) and they all do this. Have also tried installing phantom (android device btw) and sage lab is also directing to the phantom.app website instead of opening up the phantom app. Anyone has any idea how to resolve this?

It works differently on mobile. A normal mobile browser (Chrome, Firefox, ...) does not support plugins and can not trigger a wallet.
So you have two options:
a) Install a wallet like Phantom or Solflare as mobile app, start it and use the browser that's included in the wallet app
b) Use the Kiwi-Browser, as this mobile browser allows you to install plugins as you would do on a desktop pc

Mining Hydrogen is the easiest way to test if you are going to like mining because you don't have to travel, and then you can craft the Hydrogen into Fuel so you can test crafting all right in the same place.

Hey, having a problem here with the movement map of the fleet: how do i side scroll it so i can actually select the sectors available for my fleet to go?

I dont have a mouse, maybe that's the problem, but through the notebook's touchpad i can't view the full map, especially the sectors on the left of my fleet, since they're blocked by the UI. Tried to zoom out, both the game map and chrome's zoom (figured it could be a resolution problem), but no success.

It's such a simple problem, feel dumb for asking help here lol but i honestly have no idea how to fully view and navigate the map while managing the fleet. Thanks in advance for any help (not a native english speaker, sorry for any mistakes)

@KTW a reload and clear cache fixes most issues. If I open a ticket, I would wait up to 24 hours for a response. That’s just me personally though.

I had a similar issue as well this morning. I formed a fleet, fueled it and the transaction went through but the UI wasn’t reflecting a full tank bar even though the number amount of fuel said it was full. I did a few hard refreshes and then just waited a bit and it eventually resolved itself. But I just thought it was odd
