Yes most of the time someone gets error with phantom, just need to ctrl+F5, reconnect wallet to website and retry the move until it works, seems like it's just the network that is in overflow or desync wallet

What you are probably expecting to see is 2 opal jets in your wallet. But one is in your faction Fleet, and the other ( the one you just purchased) is in your wallet.

I stocked my ship with it and bought 10x what I need like all of them, but nothing shows for ammo in my inventory. I have only stocked my ship once. An ammo transaction shows up in my phantom wallet but shows up as 0, the other transactions show an amount. If my ammo transaction was 0, how did I fill my ship? If it was the 10x amount I bought, why is nothing in my inventory? Any suggestions?

Hi, tried to purchase an Opal Jet using the Phantom wallet combined with ledger Hardware wallet. Could approve the transaction. The funds are sufficient, however finally the transaction failed (at least 4x). The Phantom wallet is an Extension to the MS Edge Browser, it seems that the marketplace however is trying to access a Chrome linked Phantom wallet. Any ideas what‘s the reason for the failed transactions?

Also you can check on step.finance if it's still not showing up.

There are enough resources, but still the system does not allow ships to be withdrawn from the fleet. Everything is repaired , the screenshot shows 100 % repaired .

you probably need to withdraw your already enrolled ship , then you will be able to enlist whole fleet as a group.

Try to clear your cache and cookie (I use ccleaner for that pesonnaly) then you can try to restart your browser, and reconnect your wallet.
Some bugs may happen sometime, that's how you resync your wallet with solana network and make it work.

You know how the ledger says "unrecognized txn" and then you have to scroll over a few pages to approve. That's blind signing. Because you can't verify the data on your trusted display (the ledger). Some txns and dapps actually show you on the screen what's happening, like sending sol from one wallet to another. Thats called "clear signing". @fringe grove

Not exactly. You have to manually approve clear transaction just like you do blind txns. The difference is you don't get to verify in your ledger screen what you are approving. Your ledger screen cant be tampered with the way a web browser can.

The ledger is meant to be the final verification before allowing a txn to take place. But when you blind sign, it's not as effective because you can't actually see whats about to happen.

factions only matters right now if you want join a specific guild otherwise its personal pref, also 3 wallet option , on the rewards atm its the same for each faction, tho its said that smaller factions may get more rewards in the future to give reason to new players to join the smallest to keep everything balanced guilds well it will be hard alone and many guilds already have huge assets, so it might be good joining one to profit from teamwork, i hope soon the in game guild mechanics come out a lot of stuff is planned like own coins and such

I've just bought some ships. They are claimed and in my inventory. I want to stake / enlist them now BUT there is no option to do that. I have previously been able to enlist ships and have others that are currently enlisted. I'm on Brave / Phantom wallet. All other functions work - buying resources, re-stocking ships etc. Just these new ships cannot be enlisted. Is this a known bug?

Start by making a new phantom account on a different browser

And send the assets to a seed that isn’t compromised

first time transactions require a renting account fee from serum, coz the star atlas marketplace is based on that, afterwards every transaction is the same as an normal solana transaction, if you ever would stop playing star atlas you can reclaim the fees, check the pic for more info

If there's a server moderator/admin here can you change the roles so that it doesn't decide the colour of your name based on the roles you select in alphabetic order, I want to have Pirate and Explorer but mostly Pirate so colour should be blue but it chooses Green for Explorer and I don't see a way to make this work as is... Maybe you have a primary role and that sets the colour, dunno if that is feasible and it's not a big deal just find it annoying...
