Fixed it. For some reason the marketplace did not settle the transaction.
Follow these steps:

1. Copy the market ID from the URL: play.staratlas.com/market/<Market ID>
2. Go to dex.raydium.io and connect your wallet
3. In the top left below the logo you can select a market. Click on the small + and add one. See example screenshot.
4. Select the market you just added
5. Go to the balances tab and you should see 2 unsettled coins. Click settle and confirm in wallet.

When you click on an item to purchase, sometimes they have multiple listings at the same price. You really have to pay attention to what you're buying. Having an extra X4 would've only increased the price by about $15 USD. You can always put one of them up for sale.

and if it fails, then increase your bid a little higher than the lowest price

When I connect my wallet for the first time, it's good. When I refresh the website, it disconnects it.
When I enlist a ship, I click approve when my wallet appears to approve the transaction. It then closes the wallet pop up, circles a bit, and shows failed to enlist.

And I do have SOL to support the network transaction fee, so not sure what's the issue.

Did you claim it the first time and had a successful transaction? If yes, try enlisting your ships. The resources might have been claimed already and what your seeing is a visual bug.
